ALL PRICES WILL BE VALID AS OF JUNE 1ST. THESE PRICES ARE FIRM.

full package is your standard appointment (bath, blow out, haircut, nail trim, ear cleaning ect)

Half package is just a bath and blow out

WE HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY: if you do not give us 24 hours notice we likely won’t be able to fill the space and you’ll need to pay 50% of your groom fee to rebook.

Payments must be made in shop. You can’t leave with your dog until the money has been received.
No different than the grocery store. This includes etransfers, they must be sent in shop.

Good morning every one!

We’re still hearing a lot about the parking situation. We have an on going joke that if we made a dollar every time it gets brought up we would be rich! 😂 We have been here for over a year so I just want to remind every one of their options! We understand and feel your struggles because we too have to find parking every single day. but I will be honest, we both haven’t had any issues with finding a spot. In the past year and a bit that I have been here I have only had one day out of 365+ that I truly panicked that I couldn’t find a spot. So those are pretty good odds 😉

If there is no parking out front, There is always lots of parking around the corner on high street and it’s just a short walk to get here from there and you don’t even have to cross the street!!
We purposely don’t open until 9:30am so that we can all avoid the bus traffic and morning rush.
Always give your self enough time to find parking
(Don’t rely on the spots out front) so you are not late for your appointment. This goes for any business down town Huntsville 🙂
Hopefully this helps! I know A lot of people forget about high street.

Good morning everyone!
Unfortunately we have had a surplus of last minute cancellations in the last few weeks, with one of them being 20 mins before the appointment and d other being only an hour. We understand that life happens and it’s winter but please try to give us as much notice as possible as when you do not show up we do not get paid and we can’t fill the spaces with such little notice. We’ve made it very clear that we have a 24 hours cancellation policy. Going forward for the month of December no matter what the reason is, if you cancel with less then 24 hours notice you will be required to pay a cancellation fee before rebooking. The only exception to this rule is if Rose or Emily also cannot make it to the shop. I know this is extreme but unfortunately we have had days where we come into work and get no showed for most of the day. We still need to put food on our tables and December is a high demand month so it’s very upsetting when we tell other clients that we’re full and then spend a day doing nothing when we could of booked in dogs who would of been able to be here if we had enough notice.
We love and appreciate all of you but please going forward try to consider our time as well as yours ❤️

We are just catching up on sending out dates to everyone who have been in, in the last couple of weeks, along with all the new messages coming in, it’s a busy time of year with Christmas spaces coming up. We are prioritizing our regular 5-8 week clients for Christmas spaces and will update you if there is any room left over. Also a reminder of our waiver coming out in the new year. It will be a requirement that it’s signed. It will cover cancellation, no show fees, late pick up fees, matting fees, drop off and pick up policy and acceptable payment policy.

Good morning, I have unfortunately fallen sick again this month and my priority after the work day is to get home and rest. So with that said answering messages has fallen to the back burner. I know it seems like absolute madness when you drop off, But a lot of dogs bark at people and new things when they enter the salon. Once you leave it’s a very calming and gentle experience for your pup!

Hey eveyone!
We just wanted to give you a little something to think about today. I just had my hair cut and coloured for $150, after a tip $200. I think a lot of you could relate to that or even more! My hairdresser only deals with the hair on my head that’s it and the service took about 2 hours. Today I’m grooming a 75-90lb dog. I will be cutting the hair on the entire dogs body, giving him a mani and a pedi, cleaning his ears, cleaning his bum, giving him a dog Brazilian (we call it a sani but just so you understand I’m going to use Brazilian) we pluck the really dirty hair out of the ears, we also deal with matting, fleas, ticks, bad breath and the odd skunk spray.. all of this of a client who just won’t sit still, this service can take up to 3 hours and I’ll be charging $100. WAY TO CHEEP. Yet most clients would say that’s expensive. Please try to remember what our services entail and we’re doing all this on a client who can’t speak to us.. who could decide to bite us at anytime.. and occasionally who will p**p on our table while we work. We are afraid to charge our worth because we get ridiculed for it.. so just remember you’re getting an insane deal and don’t make your groomer feel bad about increasing prices.
