Let’s talk about training treats.

You guys have really grown to love them and they
sell out so quickly 😅

I appreciate how much you all love them and how patient you are for them restock.

A lot of time and work goes into making them.

> farm run to pick up is a 5 hour round trip
> weigh and vaccum seal everything
> all the fat is trimmed and protein is sliced thinly by hand
> dehydration time
> labels are printed and applied to packaging
> treats are packaged and each bag is weighed

In the past 2 weeks I have cut 124 POUNDS and I still have more to get done before the September 14-15th .

When I say I appreciate your patience, I really mean it 🫶

They make great meal toppers.

We have the made the decision to sit out of the Spring Pet Expo.

I am too busy.

I don’t want to temporarily close the website to accommodate expo prep.

I simply don’t have the time and I’m grateful for it.

With that being said I have put all the inventory we had starting saving for the expo online!

We also have a farm run this weekend so stay tuned for more items to restock this week!

Whole prey quail is a highly nutritious and beneficial addition to your pets diet. It can improve digestive and dental health and offers mental and emotional stimulation. It is typically easily digestible and a great natural toothbrush.

The feathers are a great source of trace minerals that are hard to find elsewhere. Like fur, feathers help “sweep” out the digestive tract as they move through the gut which aids in better nutrient absorption and can help with natural parasite prevention.

Quail is also an energetically cooling protein that can help ease inflammation and is a great option for pets that are sensitive to all other poultry.

Quail is also low in fat, high in protein, and a great source of bioavailable nutrients. This makes it a great addition to your dog’s protein rotation.

If you're wondering, tripe is the edible lining of a ruminating animal’s stomach (cow, sheep, buffalo etc).

Tripe is packed with protein and amino acids that helps support muscle and repair tissue repair damage. It also helps maintain a healthy skin and coat thanks to the omega fatty acids. It's low in fat and aids digestion due to naturally occurring digestive enzymes!

Green tripe is different from the tripe you see at ethnic markets. Please do not feed this to your pets as it has been bleached and processed for human consumption and contains little to no nutritional value for your dog.

If you are considering adding raw components or completely transitioning, bowls like this can be really intimidating.

Google raw feeding and you might just scrap the idea all together because the amount of information available is incredibly overwhelming.

What every dog needs varies based on weight, health, and age.

Don’t compare yourself, or what you are in process of learning, to anyone else. Just take it all in and learn from them!

Start simple. Choose a protein your dog is familiar with.

Add one NEW protein at a time.

Remember the goal is a balanced DIET, not every meal needs to be perfectly balanced.

Bowls don’t have to be “pretty”. In reality it usually looks gross unless your planning to take photos 🤭

Whole prey options can be scary and intimidating, you don’t have to include them….BUT they are an easy way to enrich a meal.

Remember the proof is in the 💩
