✨Aragon Equestrian Centre’s 4 week Introduction to Horses Kids Series is returning!

Aimed at children 3-6 years old, includes learning about basic horse care, working around horses, grooming, learning basic riding position unmounted, led pony rides and a craft. Perfect introduction to horses for children!

Spring dates: April 16th - May 7th on Sunday’s from 10:30-11:30, 11:45am-12:45pm, and 1pm-2pm, group size will be 5-6 children

Please note: While we have indoor facilities, they aren’t heated, so children will have to be dressed according to outdoor temperatures.

Cost: $200 + hst, space is limited! Helmets will be provided for children

✨ AEC is organizing a barn trip to watch The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair!

The Royal hosts International level equestrian competition, Agricultural competitions and exhibitions, and much more. We will be buying group tickets (discounted price) for Friday, November 4th!

Looking for someone Thursday and Friday mornings. Must be responsible and have experience with horses. Duties include:

- Feeding and turnout for 7 horses
- Mucking 7 stalls
- Moving hay into barn from loft
- Other small farm tasks

Can start anytime between 6:30-7:30am
Pays $30/day, approximately 1.5h of work

Looking for stable hand to do Saturday evenings turn in and feeding, and Sunday mornings feeding, turn out, and muck 7 stalls. Can be the same candidate for both occasions or just for one

Candidate must:
- be reliable and responsible
- hard working

Saturday evenings approximately 40-60 minutes of work
