The Pet Valu Walk For Dog Guides North Bay is off and walking! Swing on by our booth at the event centre at the waterfront, we have lots of goodies! All donations go directly to the Dog Guides! 🐶🐾

This Friday, June 23rd from 11am to 2pm, Pet Valu North Bay Algonquin Ave. will be hosting a companion animal Meet & Greet special event to showcase some of the wonderful adoptables available at the North Bay and District Humane Society!

We hope you can join us and help us find homes for some very worthy animals in need!

Happy Wednesday, friends! As you know, it's been a BIG day for us as Pet Valu announced a $250,000 grant to support our new Adoption Centre project!

Among our well-wishers today was Mayor Al McDonald who dropped by for a construction site tour and a visit with our staff and some very friendly puppies!

Fun fact: Al McDonald previously served as the president of the North Bay and District Humane Society Board of Directors. We are grateful for his leadership, friendship and the support he has shown our organization over the years!
