My summer vacation is over and I’m back to pet sitting.
I’m with Remy for 2 weeks. He’s a great dog and we are going to have fun. 🙂
My last pet sitting before I leave for the summer is with Flokie.
We are relaxing in the garden house on this beautiful day.
I even get to feed the pond fish and talk back to the frogs. 🙂
We had some nasty weather yesterday, but today was a gorgeous day.
Looks like next week will be a scorcher!
Look who’s 2 years old today!
We went for a nice walk, full of different things to sniff. I will sing happy birthday to her later when I’m sure the neighbours can’t hear. 😂
Happy birthday Bobbi.
I’m in Oro Medonte (Coldwater) for 2 weeks with Bobbi. 🙂
We walked to the top of the hill to have a look at the views.
We will trail walk when there is no threat of rain.
These 2 like to stay close to me. ❤️
I am in Bethany for a few days. This is my first time with Herman and Sargeant.
I think we are going to have a great time.
And I even get a bonus pet that lives behind them.
I’m in Courtice for a week watching these 3 sweeties. It’s always so hard to get pictures of them because they don’t stop moving. lol
If I can’t find Ben, he’s usually in my bed under the covers. Also, if my hair elastics are missing, he has hid them somewhere in the house. Both cats sleep with me. Ben under the covers and Magic on top of the covers. River sleeps in his bed beside my bed.
It’s National Pet Day!
Here is my special guy Kitkat. I really miss him when I’m away pet sitting.
Post yours in the comments. 🙂🐈🐶🐹🐍🐟
Today’s walk was interesting. Headed out without looking at the trail map. Found a lot of trees that were down. I had to pick up Gus and carry him over them with me. lol
Found out I need hiking shoes because regular shoes are slippery! lol. Just glad my knee survived that.
Somehow ended up on the same trail we entered on. 👏
I love this picture!
Look at Gus sunbathing. ❤️
We got out for our walk before the Eclipse today. This area has an amazing trail system.
However, on the Jackson trail there were a few trees down.
We will try a different trail tomorrow.
We went for a little walk. The trails are too wet today after the snow from 2 days ago. Gus enjoyed marking his territory and kicking up leaves. I read the signs. 😬
I get to spend the week with this great little guy named Gus. I have been pet sitting him for a few years now.
I’m somewhere north of Cobourg. Depends where you look it up, it’s either Harwood or Baltimore. lol
I just left the 2 big dogs and this little fella in Toronto. His name is Tiggs aka Tiggy Wiggy. 😂
Home for a night then off to my next pet sitting tomorrow.
Stay tuned!
I’m spending 4 days in Toronto with these 2 extra large fellas.
I don’t think I could ever get used to 4:30 am wake up time. 😴😂
I’m spending this weekend with these 3 sweeties.
What a gorgeous day. I’m glad these girls don’t judge my frisbee throwing skills. 😂
It’s a beautiful day and the dogs were loving it.
P.S. 3 day fever is gone. Getting better every day now.
Burning off some energy. 🙂
I think I have Covid again. 😵💫
I feel exactly the same way I did 3 years ago when I got it. I was dog sitting at that time too. Today was a rough day but these 2 watched out for me. 🙂
Hopefully tomorrow is better.
I am spending this week with Tess and Mya in Burketon. (Enniskillen)
Such great girls. ❤️
I decided not to take any bookings for November 2024.
As some of you know, my other small business is making and selling Dream Catchers, Suncatchers and Christmas Ornaments.
November is my busy month getting all custom orders done and possibly being in a few vendor markets.
Thanks for your understanding. 🙂
Today’s walk was muddy!
There’s a picture with a hole in a dead tree. Any guesses at what made that?
Another gorgeous day and a new road to explore with Bobbi.
I thought I would memorize the trail map and go for a different route today. Let’s just say I should have brought the map with me. 😂
We ended up coming out in the spot I had planned to come out of but the trail seemed a little longer. 🤷♀️😂
It’s a beautiful day here. We went out for a walk on one of the beautiful trails they have here.
I’m back out in Oro Medonte again, but for 2 weeks this time. I’m very grateful that it’s not -26 this time with blizzard conditions.
We had a nice walk this morning.
Picture 1 and 2 are the view from the top of the hill. Picture 3 is Bobbi enjoying her morning. Picture 4 is what you may need after climbing that big hill. 😂
My weekend was fun. Always a pleasure to stay with Molly and Shemp. They are some of my original clients. ❤️

I am cat sitting in Niagara Falls for 12 days. 🙂 When I stay anywhere, I bring my own bedding and just cover whatever is on the bed I’m sleeping in. Pandora was gracious enough to help me make the bed.
This is the first time I have ever seen about 15 Robins all together in a group. It’s a bad video because Molson wasn’t wanting to stop and count them all. 😂
I’m pet sitting a Doberman and 2 cats. This one is a new addition. He is hilarious. Right now he’s bringing me elastics.
I’m so happy. I took a little Mourning Dove in yesterday. He wasn’t well as he spent over 12 hours in heavy rain. I took him into the garage and dried him, warmed him and hydrated him. I released him back on the lawn where he spent the rest of the day. I took him into the garage last night so a predator wouldn’t get him. I released him again this morning to be back with his family. I just went out to check on him and couldn’t find him. Well, he left the neighbor’s yard and came to live here with his sibling. lol He’s doing so well. (His sibling is bigger and can fly)
