Mother nature had some different plans so Doggy Day at Dragonboat Pub has been extended!

For dogs and owners who prefer to keep their fur dry, they have extended doggy day through Monday, August 26th.

Dog Dayz Treat Truck will be at the pub Sunday from 11:30am

Important Update: Iron Driver Rescheduled to August 25th 🏁

Due to the rain, we’ve made the decision to reschedule the Iron Driver event to Sunday, August 25th for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. Your race day experience is our top priority!

August 25th Schedule:
🏎️ Races Start: 2:00 PM

Please be sure to check the Ironman Triathlon map to find the best route across town, as some main roads will be blocked for the event. There are 5 approved crossings for the ironman event. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you at the track tomorrow!

Penticton's non-profit Feedway Foundation is excited for its upcoming fundraising partnership with Parkers Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

On Saturday, July 27, they are hosting a community BBQ at Rona in Penticton, with 100 per cent of proceeds going to the Feedway Foundation's breakfast clubs ensuring no child goes hungry in the community.

There will be free food, a raffle, prizes and more, including two grand prizes — a jobsite radio donated by Makita Canada, and an oil change voucher worth $150 donated by the local Great Canadian Oil Change.

All are welcome to join the fun, enjoy a burger or hot dog, and give back to a great cause.

Every Wednesday we will be hosting a cruise in style car show to raise money for local charities, our first event will be on the 24th of July and all proceeds will go to the Penticton SPCA so bring a donation to help out our furry friends.

These events are free to attend and all are welcome, classics, imports, customs and motorcycles!

Did you know that we carry farm fresh duck eggs? If you love chicken eggs, you should give duck eggs a try!
Duck Eggs vs. Chicken Eggs🍳

🦆Duck eggs are larger in size than chicken eggs. The whites in chicken eggs have a higher water content (more runny) than the whites in duck eggs. Duck eggs have larger yolks and a higher yolk-to-white ratio than chicken eggs.

They are different from each other:

🦆Duck eggs are GREAT for baking.
🐓Chicken eggs have thinner shells.
🦆Duck eggs are larger and richer than
chicken eggs.
🐓Chickens are prolific layers year-round if taken care of correctly, but * ducks are as well with much less light necessity.
🦆Duck eggs stay fresh longer because of their insanely thick shell.
🦆Duck eggs contain 30% more protein and a different type of protein than chicken eggs, so if you’re allergic to chicken eggs, most can eat duck eggs and vice versa.
Ounce for ounce, & duck eggs contain more Omega-3, Vitamins A and D, fatty acids, choline, folate, and iron than chicken eggs.
🐓Chickens lay well for about 1-2 years, then dramatically start slowing down production, while ducks lay solid for 4-5 years before they slow down.
