The feed has rolled in and the feed is rolling out!

Our friends at Causeway Feed Shop are in full swing!

They are open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 12 noon on Saturday.

Be sure to like and follow their page to stay up on all the news!

Stop on by 267 Highway 19, Newtown, to grab all your animal groceries!

Tuesday January 31st - I will be in the depot today packing up & organizing what is left. Most feeds are sold out (completely out of shavings, straw & layer) but some still are in decent supply. Here’s a list of what is still in good supply:

Once again, THANK YOU for your support the past few years. We are so sorry to have made this decision to close in the end - we just could not find a feasible solution to create more space to allow the feed department to still exist within the EnviroDepot.

We are open today until 4:30pm and tomorrow (Saturday) for our LAST day 9am to 1pm.

This is it … our last week as subdealer for Holna Farm Services. Thank you all so much for the kind words and understanding our decision. Rest assured it’s business as usual here this week - we still have a feed delivery coming as Holna also wants to make sure everyone is able to get what they’re looking for this week!

We will be open regular hours (as long as Mother Nature cooperates)…

Tues - Fri 9 to 4:30pm
Sat 9 to 1pm

Ps. Remember, if the door is shut when you arrive, ring the bell - don’t be afraid to knock too incase the bell is having a moment!

News has begun to circulate, and brochures passed out in store with details (Holna Farm Services), but we felt posting this on our page was also necessary! Please read below the notice of the upcoming closure ... this was a very difficult decision and one we hope you can understand. We will be open regular hours through to and including January 28th.

UPDATE: Everyone seems to be sticking close to home today and roads aren’t really getting any better, so we’ll be closing at 1pm❗️Open tomorrow at 9am ☺️

Tuesday January 10th - Yes, we’re open now but likely won’t be here all day! Roads are super greasy and the forecast doesn’t have the snow letting up this afternoon.

Welcome to 2023 - We’re OPEN today (Tuesday January 3rd) and so is the EnviroDepot!

Don’t forget about the $100 gift card draw every Saturday if you count & sort your bottles for the depot! Odds of winning are very good as it’s a weekly draw …. $100 for groceries or NSLC - your pick!

Full “rules” below in photo but basically keep cans & plastic bottles separate, combine whatever is left and keep glass separate… minimum order of $5 gets you a ballot!

If you’re out and about this morning, we do have some unique gifts you won’t find anywhere else in town, that’s for sure! 😅

Pictured below, we do have all of these in stock with the exception of the smaller 9qt heated bucket. BUT - we can get that in for you next week along with anything else our pals at Holna Farm Services have in stock!

Order goes in Monday for delivery next week so don’t hesitate to send me a message, give us a call or swing by to chat about something you need for the holidays!

We will be open Tuesday - Friday next week 9 to 4:30pm and I’ll be ordering LOTS to make that last minute grocery haul easy peasy.

Hey folks, hope you’re having a nice evening ☺️

Since the Bottle Exchange lets us share the building, I’d like to interrupt our usual content of feed and animal related things to help them get the word out on a draw they’ve started!

EVERY SATURDAY they draw for a $100 gift card for either groceries or the NSLC (your choice)! If you count & sort your containers and have at least $5 worth (100 units), you’ll get a ballot for the draw. Odds of winning are pretty good as it’s done weekly!

Take a look at the photos below for more info but basically a bag of 100 water bottles or cans gets you a ballot - sounds pretty good to me! 🤷‍♀️

Some areas woke up to snow this morning! And coincidentally our 3 gal HEATED poultry waterers also arrived with this morning’s delivery… imagine that.

Lots have been asking - so the answer is finally, YES we have heated waterers in stock again. ☺️

Tues Nov 15th - We’re back! ☺️

Open 9 to 4:30 all week (9 to 1pm Saturday)

Today is also the last layer pullet day of the year! If you pre ordered and are picking some up today, don’t forget to bring something to take these (pretty much fully grown) birds home in! 🐓

ETA of the hens to Port Hawkesbury is around NOON so anytime this afternoon for pick up ☺️

Hey folks! Welcome to this breezy, cold November day! One important piece of information to pass along…

We will be CLOSED FRIDAY AND SATURDAY (Nov 11th & 12th) this week. We have entered our slower season, and since we haven’t taken any of the holidays the past couple of months, we’ve decided to remain closed Saturday instead of opening for the 4 hours. We hope this is okay and you all understand! ☺️

Wed Nov 9th: 9 to 4:30pm
Thurs Nov 10th: 9 to 4:30pm
Fri Nov 11th: CLOSED for Remembrance Day
