Calgary Farmyard is an amusement park and petting zoo located in Calgary, Alberta. Featuring mini golf, zip lines, jumbo jumpers, giant slides, games, and pony rides, plus an awesome menu of craveable carnival food, the farm is perfect for all ages. The park is open from May to October every year, so you can enjoy three seasons of fun. Thank you for a great season!

The gates are closed, the pumpkins are all picked, and sun sets on our 18th season here at the Calgary Farmyard.

Now it's our fun loving animals turn to get lost in the corn maze! That's right, they graze the field over the winter months, clearing all the cobs and stalks and preparing the field for spring planting.

We couldn't let it end without a massive THANK YOU to the groups who make it all possible:

1. Our Amazing Guests (all the families, friends, schools, and social and corporate groups): Thank you for making us a part of your traditions. Whether it was your first visit, or you visited many times as a Season's Pass Holder, we were so happy to welcome you to our farm.
2. **Our All-Star Team:** You are the heart and soul of the farm. Thank you for every smile, every greeting, and all the hard work you put in every single day.

Thank you for being a part of the Farmyard, and making this place come alive. We'll see you in the spring 2026, once all our new baby animals have arrived!

Happy Thanksgiving from the Calgary Farmyard!🦃🌽

Growing up in rural Alberta, Thanksgiving was always a moment to pause, even briefly, sometimes sharing a quick dinner in the fields during harvest. It was a time to reap the rewards of months spent planting, tending, and harvesting with care and dedication.

As fall settles in, we at Calgary Farmyard want to take a moment to reflect and express our deep gratitude this Thanksgiving season. To each of our amazing guests, thank you for choosing to spend your time with us, creating lasting memories with family and friends amidst our fields, activities, and animals. Your joy and laughter make the Farmyard come alive, and we’re humbled to be part of your traditions over the past 18 years.

To our remarkable staff, your hard work, warmth, and commitment make Calgary Farmyard a welcoming place for all. From caring for our animals to ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile, you are the heart of the Farmyard family. Pick your pumpkins right from our field this coming weekend (Sept 20 & 21)!

It's pumpkin harvest time and you can take your fall photos and pick pumpkins directly from our patch. Pumpkin vines are pretty sharp, so don't worry, we will have the pumpkins pre-cut from the vines for you (Cutting the pumpkins off the vine has been a great teambuilding exercise for all of us here at the Farmyard as we all have a few scratches!)

This is our first time ever doing this, and pumpkins in the field will be while supplies last. Please note we may limit the amount of pumpkins each family can pick from the patch, but don't worry, we have lots of other pumpkins on our displays available for purchase too (and you won't have to carry them as far)!
