Jeff is the Bus Operator that with his fast actions, saved me from a potentially much worse situation.

As municipal staff and community members, we often forget that they are our eyes and ears of our community and I am so grateful for Jeff taking the time to alert me of the danger. He shared that as I left the parking garage, Jeff noticed flames coming from my bumper and knew he had to catch me at the stop light before I left.

You are a Hero to me, thank you my friend.

All safe & sound.
On my way home today, while stopped at a stop light Downtown and bus driver pulled up next to me and motioned to roll down my window. “Your van is on fire” he states, I jumped out and within minutes it was engulfed in flames.

I want to extend a huge thank you to the bus driver , Fire Fighters , , bystanders, friends, family and customers for their service and support. ❤️

We can replace the van, but it’s moments like these where community is all that matters.
