Ida Mountain Farms is a developing micro-farm that believes in sustainability. Here at the farm we believe in providing our community with quality products made right. here.
As a micro-farm we have 60 pasture fed, organically raised laying hens and 5 Beltsville White turkeys. As part of our sustainability plan they provide organic compost for the growth of our garlic. Along with our pre-existing seed stock of Yugoslavian and Red Russian we have planted multiple varieties of organic, tested garlic seed from Rasa Creek Farm. This includes Montana Giant, French Rocambole, Spanish Roja, Leningrad, Deep Purple and Italian. The first garlic bulbs will be available for sale in the 2018 season, as both tested seed for the home grower and culinary garlic for the connoisseur!
