This magnificent lot was offered to us by Kevin Pappuciyan, sales director for the company ''Mirdo Importations '. Growing up around his father's reptil, Kevin fell in love with these magnificent creatures at a very young age. He has always been very passionate about animals and loves all nature related activities such as fishing and camping. A valiant and dedicated worker, he has offered his services to Mirdo for over 10 years. With knowledge in several branches of this industry and an undeniable talent, Kevin was well placed to become the companyโs sales manager, a position he has held since 2014!
Mirdo is a family business founded in 1975, which works in the distribution of animals and animal products to pet stores in Quebec, Ontario and even Nova Scotia!

Each class will represent what we are expecting to see in the submitted photos. For example, in the class ''Tongues Out'', we expect the focal point of the picture to be a ferret with its tongue out.

Each class will be awarded winners from 1st to 3rd place who will receive a ribbon, and every 1st place winner to receive a ๐ฟ๐๐ธ๐๐ด.

In addition to the class winners ,we will have rosettes and prizes for a ''People's Choice Award" voted on by our followers, ''Best in Show'' determined by the ferret whose picture won the most ribbons, the FRSO's Ferret Photo Contest's "Biggest Fan" determined the person who submitted the most pictures, an "Influencer Award" for the person who referred the most participants to enter the show, and other honorable mentions.

Judging
A panel of judges from inside and outside of the FRSO will evaluate all the pictures submitted based on:
- Respect to the category
- Quality of the picture
- Safety
- Uniqueness
- Cuteness
- And of course, the ability of the picture to make judges smile or laugh...this is a fun contest after all!

In the photo submission form for our "FRSO Ferret Photo Contest", we included a space to note down the name of the person or page that first introduced the contest to the participant, or who referred them to it. The person or page that allowed the most participants to discover the contest, will receive the ''best influencer'' award!
