Participants 8 years and older. (8-16 must be accompanied by an adult participant unless arranged with organizer prior to event date). Yoga mats are required for the class.
No yoga experience required.
Very gentle stretching and relaxing in the presence of a pack of outgoing engaging and entertaining baby puppies.

These puppies will get to socialize with humans in a safe and secure environment, run, play and engage at their comfort level, and build confidence and stability by being in new situations with new faces. This ensures proper development of the puppy’s social skills and creates a solid foundation for the rest of their lives!

Welcome Baby Bernedoodles !!! Just 3 weeks old - their eyes and ears have started to open. They have been bred for Service, Therapy work and wonderful canine companions. Lots of photos and videos to share. Live video introductions and meetings are available. Born and Raised at our 100 acre wellness and yoga retreat in Bancroft, Ontario. Yes - we do puppy yoga every day with these little ones. Come out to meet these wonderful bundles of fun.

Happy National Puppy Day !!!🐾💞🐾

I had a wonderful greeting from this little lad... now named Mica Ray (yes, after Auntie Rayna Morrison )...

Mica's journey on this planet started with him being ever so ill.
He died in my arms 3 times during his struggle and he had the strength and will to keep fighting to be on this mortal plane. His fire may have dimmed, but he would not let it go out.
For almost two months I carried him in my shirt to keep him warm, close to my heart - sending him energy with every breath I took.

A year later, he is full of life and love! Boundless energy, playful spirit and filled with the sheer desire to have as much fun as possible. He shares his exuberance and enthusiasm with his beautiful family.

Every morning they all meditate together. Calm, relaxed and balanced energy permeates the house and surrounds all those who enter the dwelling.

When Mica was sick, he and I would spend hours in a connected meditation.

I truly believe that his continued practice of daily meditation and his family holding and sharing gratitude was key to his exceptional recovery amd is key to their health and wellbeing.

Today I send a special prayer of gratitude and appreciation for all the puppies that have shared their breath with mine. Each one has lessons to share. Can we, as humans, be open to receiving their lessons and gifts...

Mica's messages were profound... especially considering this puppy weighed less than two pounds: You are stronger than you realizre. Accepting help and support is strength. Keep breathing. Rest and recover. Trauma may leave scars, scars are tattoos with great stories of success. Live to play. Connections and Cuddles - absolutely necessary for positive development and outcomes. Self-soothing requires two. Keep breathing. Everything gets better when your lungs are filled with fresh oxygen. Sleep with a teddy bear. A heart connection and meditation can shift the current state into a desired outcome. Slow deep breaths release endorphins, resets the mind and allows the body to repair. Yes - baby puppies will slow their breaths into a meditative state.

What else he shared .... a period of absolutely S #@! Is Not your life - only a moment in time.... you are responsible to create many more moments -.which can have toys, snacks, monkeys to cuddle, snow banks to romp through and best of all - - - well.... for that title, Mica is still deciding...

Happy Birthday Charley !!! KATC (Kingston Athletic Therapy Centre) is celebrating team member Charley's first birthday... Charley is in training to be a Service and Therapy Dog at the clinic. Some of the tasks she will offer to clients include offering support and balance during exercises and getting on amd off the treatment table, relaxation, breath work and deep pressure therapy during a session, a nonjudgemental welcome for anyone coming through the clinic doors. For the staff, Charley provides a calming presence and cuddle time when a hug is needed. Message us for more information about our clinic and office support and therapy dog programs. @

Ollie is a therapy dog in a medical clinic... his job is to meet all the patients and offer them support during their appointment. Ollie will provide hugs, cuddles, kisses or lay at your feet or on your lap. He is highly intitutive and provides the support each person truly needs... He joined his forever family last year. He is loving his Mama and all the attention he receives from being part of a loving family... which helps him go to work every day to support others. Ollie is an amazing companion and partner. He was born and raised in our PLC service dog program. Happy Thanksgiving Ollie - we are grateful for the love you offer the world 💜💕💜

An amazing weekend working with two puppies in training to be Service Dogs. These pups are from our Bernedoodle litter. I am amazed at the intelligence of this litter and the pure desire for connection with their handlers. These puppies 'work' best for attention and acknowledgement rather than toys or snacks... they truly have a deep desire to support their people.
