Back in October my beautiful Ellie had to have an emergency c section. This is Si, formally known as Trooper. This gorgeous pup caused the c section. Si is a beautiful boy that is loved and cherished by his mom and dad. He is spoiled and such a great little boy. Look how handsome he turned out!

Update on Holly!!! She is doing amazing. She's back to herself! She's happy, eating, drinking, going to the bathroom and soaking up all the attention. Now the challenge is to keep her relaxed and not active. Being 11 weeks old tomorrow she just wants to run and play like a normal pup and doesn't understand why she can't. She needs to heal and have the staples removed before she can play. I'm so happy she's doing so well. Look how cute she looks in her onesies.

Late Friday night well technically early Saturday morning Izzy decided to bless me with her final litter. She had one puppy, a beautiful cream female. She is not available!

Another update on Holly. Holly is a fighter!!! She's doing so well. She finally started eating and drinking on her own. Her breathing has greatly inproved. She has perked up and is starting to move around. She even keeps going to try to greet the other dachshunds through the pen. She's giving kisses and wagging her tail which she hasn't done in days. She finished her iv antibiotics this morning and was able to get the catheter removed. She's still on oral antibiotics and oral pain medication. She's getting stronger everyday! I made formula and have been giving her formula for some added nutrition. I'm so thankful to God that she's still here. I'm thankful to all of you, for all your prayers and well wishes. It's been a long few days but I see light at the end of this tunnel.

Update on my sweet Holly! Holly made it through the night. Still a long road ahead of us. Her breathing is still pretty worrisome, but this little warrior is still fighting. I thank God she's still here.

Its been a whirlwind of emotions these last few days. My poor little holly is going through a rough time. Asking for healing vibes and prayers for my little Holly. She had a blockage and has been at the vets. My vet has tried everything to remove the blockage without surgery, but it appears my like 10 week old Holly is going to have surgery today!. My vet is concerned with her size and age to do the surgery. I'm asking for prayers for Holly. She spent last night at home with me but she goes back this morning. It appears she ripped up and ate a pee pad which is now stuck in her tiny body. I never thought that pee pads were as dangerous as they are. I'm praying that she pulls through.
