Paws and Claws Animal Rescue has been rescuing animals since February 2015. Many of our rescues come in as strays from poor living conditions from places in the surrounding areas. We take the time to assess each animal both mentally and physically before putting them up for adoption. Once the animal has been rescued, we place them into a foster home that is the best fit for him/her. Without our fo

ster parents, we wouldn't be able to rescue as many animals as we do. We are extremely grateful for all the hard work and dedication our fosters provide for our rescues! All animals are vet checked and are up to date with their shots and a complete exam to make sure they are healthy before being put up for Adoption. Our little Annie is doing much better and her hair is growing back❤️ This dog is the biggest sweetheart. Her 10 puppies are getting big now and soon will be up for adoption. So glad she has found a safe place now where she can thrive and get the love she needs🐕🐾❤️

This little girl was found a couple days ago behind the Dairy Queen❤️ She’s such a little sweetie. We shall call her Kizzi🐯 She looks to be about 6 weeks old. She will soon be vetted then to find a family to call her own❤️ ❤️

Biscuit and her puppies: Luke, Wyatt, Jett, Hattie & Pattie❤️ PapillonX about 9 weeks old. Vet checked, vaccinated and dewormed. Biscuit will be spayed shortly.
And sweet Mousie🐭 she is about 7 months old, utd with shots, spayed, dewormed and microchipped.
All have such sweet personalities ❤️🐕🐾🐭 ❤️

Today is indeed National Kitten Day, a celebration of the charm and playfulness of kittens. It's an opportunity to shower these adorable creatures with extra affection, attention, and treats. Additionally, we aim to raise awareness about the pressing issue of cat overpopulation, highlighting the importance of spaying/neutering in mitigating this problem. This procedure not only helps reduce unwanted litters and the number of homeless animals but also offers numerous health benefits, including the elimination of uterine, ovarian, and testicular cancer risks. Furthermore, spaying/neutering can curb undesirable behaviors such as aggression, fighting, marking territory, and roaming.

Tiko is looking for a foster or foster to adopt🙏❤️

He is a LabX and is just over a year old. He is vaccinated, neutered, microchipped. Poor Tiko has had hardly any training, he is an energetic dog that needs an acreage or farm or an active family.

He loves car rides, and playing with his ball so a family with older kids. I think he would do great with another bigger dog, he’s been fostered with cats and loves people.

Summer Rain
Summer Rain is a 9 month old Lab X.
She will be a nice medium size dog. She is new to the rescue and has had her first set of shots, dewormed and microchipped.
Summer Rain came to the Rescue after being left to fend for herself. She is a very loving girl who wants to be friends with all the other dogs. She loves to play with any kind of toy and will make anything fun. She will even throw herself the ball to chase!! Being a pup, she is very curious and wants to be by her people anytime she can be. She loves to cuddle and look into your eyes with love. We can already see her intelligence. She has learned many commands quickly. She does forget them or chooses to not hear them at times though. Summer Rain would be a great addition to any family. We are not sure how she is with cats yet but she is eager to please humans and is quite easy to train. Zane

Zane is a handsome 4 month old smokey grey kitten and another member of the "Z crew". As a people-oriented kitten, Zane is always the first to greet visitors and eagerly seeks human interaction. He thrives on attention and affection, eagerly accepting any form of admiration. Zane's enthusiasm for life is contagious, and his playful, loving, and friendly demeanor makes him an absolute delight. He is particularly fond of cuddling and will readily initiate or participate in cuddle sessions. Zane's desire for human companionship is evident in his persistent need to be near others. This litter of five kittens is exceptionally sweet and friendly.
Whoever adds this gentleman to thier home will not be disappointed.
Zane has his first two sets of vaccinations and has been dewormed.

Meet Zion

Zion is a 4 month old kitten and he is the sweetest that they come. Zion loves everyone and anyone.
He gets along with all the other cats he is fostered with almost instantly. He is often found cuddled up with whoever will cuddle with him.
Zion loves his people to the core, he loves cuddles, kisses, love and too purr. Zion's purr motor is always running. We are unsure how he is with dogs, but is expected to be fine with proper introduction.
He would be a great addition to any family, especially one with kids.

Looking for a foster or foster to adopt for Popo❤️
Popo was brought into rescue just over a month ago as he was getting beat up from other dogs. 😢

He is a LabX and is vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and dewormed.

He is Leary of other dogs and not good with cats. He loves humans of all sizes. He is house trained, loves to go for walks.
