Dexter
***** Update on "Dexter" *****
We recently had the pleasure of meeting Patricia, and assisting with the relocation of her pet dog Dexter to Australia, and I have just received this short video of him, (the Golden Retriever), enjoying his freedom, after serving the required Quarantine at the new Mickleham Quarantine facility in Melbourne :)
Matilda <3
Although there are many happy times in my job, there are also some sad ones too.
A few years ago I had the pleasure of meeting the most adorable "Matilda" She was with us for 6 months in preparation for her relocation to Australia. From there she travelled to UAE where her family settled for the last couple of years. Unfortunately I received the sad news last night that Matilda had passed away :'( I received a lovely message and a beautiful video that her owner kindly agreed for me to share with you all. RIP Matilda <3 XX
"Hi there, i just want to thank Sarah Page and Julie Gray again for the great care they took of Matilda, who stayed there for 6 months in 2012 ...unfortunately yesterday she passed away, and we just wanted to share this video of her life. Kind Regards, Carolyn and family xx
Here is Smudge..... enjoying his fabulous new life in UK, look at his run! :-D
Update from UK regarding Coco:
Hi there,
Thought you would like to see Coco in action as they say. This was taken today at Hayling Island. She is doing really well and we have been 'off lead' for over a week and it doing really well. No accidents in doors or naughtiness. Loves her bed and plenty of cuddles!!!! Still no wagging tail yet but still early days. She has lots of new friends down the beach. If tide is in there is always the walk by the beach.
Regards
Debi & Coco :-)
Marco - recently rehomed from Cyprus to Dubai
Marco is fine and have attached/forwarded a short video clip taken yesterday afternoon for you to see.
The other Springer (Hamish) is ours & the ball thrower is me.
This week we will introduce Marco to the Hydro Pool and do some agility with him too.
He seems pretty smart already.
Best regards,
Tim
Ziggy & Tich
Ziggy & Tich - play time! enjoying themselves in the garden. Thank you Barbara for sending us this update on the doggies. Great to see them settled so quickly :-)
"Ziggy and Tich are adapting well to their new environment, although it took them a few days to get their energy back. I'm sending you a quick video clip and photo that I took of them the day they arrived. As you can see Tich was particularly happy to sprint around like a miniature grey hound!!!!!
Thanks again for everything, stay well and take care.
Fondest regards always.
Barbara and Nick"
Smudge and his toys
Smudge was a rescue cat from Limassol. He was discovered under a pool table at a local hotel. After contacting us here at Paphiakos to arrange collection, the family who found him decided they would give him a home and take him back to the UK. Smudge stayed with us for 7 months boarding at our cattery, until he met the UK entry requirements under the PETS Scheme. He has now left Cyrpus and has been reunited with his new family.
This video of Smudge playing with one of his toys was taken a couple of days prior to his departure.
