A #presa breeder should be researched the same way you would research a breed that is suitable for you.
You should choose a breeder who has healthy #hounds mentally and physically, the same way you choose a breeder for the colour and looks...
If you don't know what a physically healthy #hound looks like, then you should consider adopting not buying... ( to avoid being scammed) medical records are available for such tests...
If you don't know what a mentally healthy #dog acts like, then you should go see the parents... watch them for a while... see how they behave in different situations that your puppy may go through... make sure the lifestyle of the breeder is somewhat close to yours... ( example: don't buy a dog from a farm if you're going to live in an apartment)... if you're looking for a #protectiondog , please make sure the breeder has the parents perform protection duties... if you're looking for a #guarddog, please test to make sure the parents won't let you in the house without the breeder... ( if the parents let you in without the breeder, then most probably the puppy will grow up to be the same... if you want your dog to go everywhere with you, and behave normally everywhere, then please check if the parents can do so... if you have kids, then please make sure the parents of the puppy live around kids... and so on... check everything about the behaviour of the parents before you choose your puppy....
