XL Bully update
We would like to keep all our clients with XL bully’s up to date with our requirements when boarding your pets.
From 23 February, anyone who owns an XL bully type dog in Scotland must ensure they are muzzled and on a lead at all times when in public, including in a car. From this date, it will be an offence to breed, sell, exchange, offer as a gift, advertise, abandon or allow an XL bully dog to stray.
Therefore we respectfully ask all owners of dogs that come under the XL Bully type to ensure sure that their dog is wearing a muzzle and is on a lead when arriving at our boarding kennels. We will keep your muzzle and leads for walking. Muzzles will be removed when in kennels.
We would also advise our clients to ensure their dog is microchipped and that the details are correct and up to date on the microchip database as going forward we will need to see your exemption certificates but at present this is not a requirement. We will inform you of any changes.
We look forward to welcoming you and your pets to board with us
