Training dogs to me isn't just a job, it's a hobby. And a daily thing for my three at home. Here's me and buddy at K9 Rehab working on more heel work and silent commands π
Vern the poodle! What a good boy e turned into! One lesson and he's heeling, focusing and taking commands outside. Well done to vern and his owner β€οΈ
WALTER! An absolutely beautiful English bull terrier. Walter is a massive puller and has started barking at people on walks. He's still young and it's very easily fixed. Within an hour Walter had learnt how to walk next to his mum on and off a grot. He was then put back onto his normal lead and walked fabulous. By the end of the session we had a dog that was very focused on his owner, heeled and ignored people. Well done lad β€οΈ
My buddy. The absolute reason I am who I am today. Here's some obedience as I work him up to the working trial comp. Getting a dog here with buddy's difficulties took hard work and commitment but we all have this ability in us.
Harvey is a very typical spaniel. Lots of energy and absolutely bouncing. He is an extreme puller. Within a few minutes Harvey was barely pulling and his focus on his owner was a lot better. By the end of the session he wasn't pulling, he was making good choices with jumping up and he was taught leave it. Both owner and dog did amazing today well done guys π
How's everyone's dogs listening skills? Bestie is currently smashing her obedience getting ready to compete in a working dog trial π³π³ππππ well done my girl.

Ruby...a little staffy with a big attitude π€£π€£
This is Odin's first session. He is 17 weeks old. Odin clearly adores his owner and is super eager to please. Today he's been learning impulse control, recall and heel work. Absolutely smashed it. Well done guys!
Honey came to me as a complete emergency. I've found her a new home but before she goes she needs her confidence building. Today we worked on bridges and roads. Honey did absolutely fantastic. I am a new person she has never met and she already adores me and most of all listens. Bulldogs are stubborn NOT untrainable. Absolutely no accidents in the house overnight. Brilliant girl all round
I have a little visitor for a few days, how beautiful is she?!
When you're training your dog distractions are VERY important. A trained dog indoors does not mean a trained dog outdoors around other dogs and distractions. Well done Bestie!!
Today chase came to see me π. Chase's owner contacted me due to reactivity in his dog and constant pulling on the lead. As you can see he is already doing fantastic. Once his owner had the confidence and the right equipment chase felt safe enough to walk past without having to react. What a good boy. This is only his first session ππππ
A bit of training with buddy the XL. Today buddy has been learning how to heel, how to control his impulses and obedience. This is his first time doing this type of training. Big well done to buddy and his owner β₯οΈ
Buddy's owner just sent me this!! She couldn't fasten the muzzle two weeks ago, now he's happily wearing it, although he's still slightly lobsided! π
π
. Good boy Buddy and well done to his momma!! See you tomorrow buds π₯°
What a beautiful girl Millie is β₯οΈβ₯οΈ. Due to the ban Millie needed a little bit of help with muzzle training. But with the correct muzzle and equipment she made her mother out to be a liar! Walked perfect on the muzzle and the lead. Fantastic session. Well done to Millie and her owner β₯οΈβ₯οΈ
Jax you clever boy!! Jax has problems with picking things up he shouldn't and not giving it back! So he has been taught how to leave it and I've had this wonderful video sent!! I am so proud of this boy and his amazing owners. When I met Jax he wasn't very happy about my rules but now he is absolutely thriving. No more pulling on the lead, no more nicking crisp off his human siblings!! What a good boy.
JAX!! A dog that wouldn't wear his muzzle outside and dragged his owner to the floor!! I am super impressed. With the correct information and tools behind you, you can do it!! Jax has only had one session and is showing massive improvements already.
FANTASTIC first session for Tyson. He's an extremely bouncy boy with ears that seemed to be a bit broke. They aren't broken anymore!! Tyson was pulling his owner to the point of her falling over. He was bouncing around and generally not listening. Today he was taught rules and boundaries. Well done Tyson and his owner!!
