It is highly unlikely we will be able to accommodate short notice appointments. Please do remember to schedule as far as possible in advance. ⚠️ CUSTOMER NOTICE ⚠️

Due to the increase in the amount of clients leaving there dogs within the salon for extended periods of time, we are having to charge a £5 per hour cage fee.

When we book our diary we run on a one in one out per groomer policy which allows for our shop floor to be clear and our cages to be safe.

We understand things come up like road works, breakdowns, kids etc we can come and go.

We call to give you 10/15 minutes notice to collect we can give a maximum leeway of 1 hour however after the first hour your grooming bill will increase further charges.

If your dog is with us for an extended period of time we have no facilities for toilet so if your dog was to accidentally do the toilet in the cage we are then having to re wash your dog taking time away for our current grooms causing a serious knock on effect.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause some people. However we must keep all animals safe as we can’t have them running around the shop floor while our gate is being opened and closed and our groomers are carrying scissors.
