❌ Missed appointments & No shows ❌

These are usually few and far between but recently we have had a few wasted appointments where clients haven’t turned up to their pre booked appointments, or they have cancelled right before they are due to come in 😩

We are now in the busier summer months where we have an increase of clients and urgent cases such as adder bites and suspected grass seeds 🐍🌿 So appointments with our vets and nurses have become less flexible.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please contact the practice as soon as you can so we can potentially give those appointments to other poorly pets!

As you can see… negotiating our diary at the moment is super hard work….Summer has finally come to Aldeburgh! 🌞
A few appointments are still available. 🗓️
Lauren and Tia have the air conditioning set to 16 degrees and are still grooming away. 🧊

❤️Update❤️
This little fellow has been to the vets this afternoon where 3 grass seeds were removed from his tootsies. He has antibiotics and is going to be A-okay!!! 😊

Owner was very impressed with Tias eagle eyes today!

Another day, another nasty grass goblin 😈 This particular seed head as slighty too imbedded for Tia to remove cleanly.. so this little chap will be visiting the vet 😢

🚨Grass Seeds 🚨

UPDATE.. Customer in pic has been to Aldeburgh Vets and grass seed has been removed ❤️

We have had a customer at the vets this week having grass seeds removed from her feet. Another customer today with a suspected grass seen imbedded in his armpit.

These little blighters get stuck everywhere… especially at this time of year 🌞

Grass seeds cause pain, inflammation and infection. Embedded seeds require veterinary assistance.

Please check your four legged friends throughly and frequently 😊

Lost dog! 🐶

This lovely girl was found wandering Franklin road in Aldeburgh. She is a medium sized spaniel mix.

We are trying to contact her owner and the dog warden has been informed.

Please contact the practice if she is yours, or you know who she may belong to!

Proof of ownership will be required ✅
