4 weeks in & she has our hearts. Willow comes everywhere with us & at just 13 weeks of age, is impeccably behaved at the salon. Everywhere we go, we get showered with compliments & we're so proud of her🥺

Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances, Sophie at Sophiesticated dog grooming is unable to join us as originally planned😥 As gutted as we are, we are still over joyed to share Sophie will be running Ultra Sonic teeth cleaning clinics from the salon! Dates to be confirmed.✍️🗓
That brings me on to now welcome our new 3rd groomer, Holly, to the team. Holly has been grooming for over 10 years now & we are looking forward to having her bubbly personality in the salon from the start of October.
That does mean we now have a Hollie & a Holly🤦🏼♀️
Our lovely Hollie at Pawsome Paws is still welcoming new clients & running some welcoming discounts & our new Holly will be launching her page shortly.
Last but certainly not least, we are now able to offer a collection & drop off service to ALL clients🥳 Our lovely landlady, Manda, will be running this service so us groomers can focus on pampering your dogs without disruption. This service is now available as of today🤩 Please message if you would like to make use of this service. Please note: Minimum of 3 days notice is required.
Manda has always been part of the MVPS team right from the get go & has been the biggest support, always offering a listening ear when needed & providing the best baking treats since day one! So I'm super excited Manda now has an active role so we can see much more of her🎀

Without mentioning the "C" word too soon, inevitably, December is filling up fast..🎅
I encourage everyone to book their appointments in advance as we head towards the festive season as I book up very quick during this period.
If your dog is groomed every 6 weeks, that's only 2 appointments away from December!
Once I'm full, my books will close!

Please note that both myself & Pawsome Paws run off the same policy for last minute cancellations / no shows! Please be mindful when cancelling your appointments & communicate with us as best as you can! We will always be as flexible as we can, however less than 24hrs notice for filling slots is sometimes next to impossible, resulting in a loss of income.
