Rawhide is something I get asked for at least once a week........Rawhide will NEVER be sold here at The valley pet shop 🐾

It will never be sold because it's toxic! It's without a doubt the most dangerous dog chews on the market. The pet industry is under regulated, and even when you're told of packages, you're doing the right thing. You could potentially kill your dog!

Rawhide
💣 Can get stuck in your dogs digestive tract and then swell, causing an intestinal blockage.
💣 DOGS can chew off large parts and choke.
💣 Rawhide is made using extremely toxic chemicals, including glue and bleach!!

Please, please NEVER buy Rawhide 🙏 if sales stop it will soon stop the production of it.

‼️ FOR THE ATTENTION OF ANY DOG OWNERS THAT GIVE YUMOVE ‼️

This is very important so please read 😣

*Update*- Zac deteriorated further and attended the vets but sadly had to be put to sleep this afternoon 😢💔 he was so incredibly brave and loved by so many 🥺

For the past week our family dog, Zac, has been severely unwell. He’s had constant sickness and diarrhoea, loss of appetite completely and not eaten for days. He was so unwell we took him to the vets to have blood tests and it came back he had Liver Disease 😲 He then deteriorated rapidly and was scheduled to be Put To Sleep 😢

Yesterday we recieved an email from Amazon saying the YuMove tablets had been recalled because they’re counterfeit and hazardous 😡 we worked out zac has had 36 of these tablets and has potentially been poisoned 💔

We are absolutely heartbroken as he was due to be taken to the vets that day to say goodbye 😢 and after finding out the awful truth we can’t believe it has come to this.

He has now been given antibiotics and anti sickness form the vets and has perked up slightly but is still very very poorly 😔

IF YOU GIVE YOUR DOGS YUMOVE, ESPECIALLY FROM AMAZON PLEASE DISCARD STRAIGHT AWAY AS THEYRE HAZARDOUS POTENTIALLY FATAL

⭐️ Even if this doesn’t affect you please share far and wide to make other dogs owners aware 😔

In our case the box was real but the tablets inside were fake, we also noticed the expiration dates didn’t match up on the sleeve compared to what the box said.

If you’re worried about your dog please take them to the vets straight away 😔

Happy 1st November 😱

Only 4 days away or not if some go off this weekend 🙈 from the night every pet owner dreads! Here are some top tips from me....
🎇 DO NOT feed the fear, fight your instincts to molly coddle, you're only making your pets fear worse.
🎇 make a den/safe space.
🎇 close all curtains and lock your doors.
🎇 turn the TV up or play music 🎶 (pretend you don't have neighbours 🙈)
🎇 Train obedience if your dog will train during the evening.
🎇 ACT normal!

I know Bonfire 🔥 Night can be extremely distressing, but there are things you can do in the next 12 months to desensitise your dog to fireworks. I know this because I've done it, and I've now 3 dogs that will happily sit through a display 👇 my girl last year enjoying the fireworks 🎆
