Blue is a typical puppy, investigating everything new around him.👀🐾
Blue happened to stubble across a tube of super glue recently, which as you can imagine didn't end very well for him🫣
After Blue's own attempts to shake it off, his mum decided it was time to bring him in to see the Vet. This is when Blue immediately started to regret his decision.😬
The tube of glue was removed under sedation, hopefully Blue has learned his lesson from this!😆

No one can resist a dachshund's charm, certainly not Barney's anyway.🥰
This little guy was in getting castrated. It may not have been the best day for him but he certainly brightened our day up! Would you just look at that face.🥺😍

Finn is a gorgous standard poodle🐩😍
Finn was very unwell for a little while and not her self at all.😓After multiple blood tests and x-rays it was confirmed that Finn has an abnormal immune system.🙀 Her immune system isn't working as it should to keep her safe from viruses🦠.
After some treatment and plenty of love Finn has improved load!🥳

This is Yoda😍🐾
Yoda was very greedy and stole a rib bone from his owner.🦴 He soon came to regret his decision on after becoming unwell and needing x-rays. He even brought his ducky for emotional support.🥺
The good news was that Yoda didn't need surgery and after some treatment to help Yoda pass the bone, he was back to his normal bouncy self!🥳

Can you believe this little cutie was abandoned!😿 She was handed into the clinic after one of out client's found her. After working her charm on Heather she found a new home instantly with a new, loving family.🥳🥰

It's not very often we get the pleasure of seeing a cat like Evie😻

Evie is an oriental short hair cat😸 She visited the surgery to be neutured, she was soaking up all the attention and love she was receiving.🥰
Oriental short hairs are known as one of the most intelligent cat breeds in the world🙀 In our opinion also one of the cutest!😍

How sweet is Luna the boxer🥰 Such a poser📸😆

Luna visited us as she was very itchy and uncomfortable.😷This time of year we see so many patients with seasonal allergies especially with the warmer weather that we're all enjoying, however this means an increase in pollen in the air.🫣

Some signs your dog may also have seasonal allergies include:

▪️Scratching or biting at skin because of irritation or itchiness.🪲
▪️Inflammation, redness, and irritation of the skin (atopic dermatitis)😡
▪️Skin infection or irritation.😿
▪️coughing and wheezing, issues breathing🤧
▪️Shedding and hair loss.💇‍♀️
▪️Head shaking/ itchy ears🙉

This gorgeous Girl is Minnie😍
Minnie visited us with a very large abdomen. Almost appearing pregnant! However Minnie's owner confirmed to us this couldn't be the case🤔To our suprise an ultrasound revealed that Minnie's uterus was 3 times the size it should be and filled with pus! This is known as a pyometria and isn't usually very common in young cats.
A Pyometria infection is fatal, Minnie urgently got surgery to remove her uterus. We're sure she felt a huge weight lifted off after this. Just for scale, Minnie weighed 3.6kg before surgery and after her uterus was removed she weighed 2.2kg!😲

Minnie's owners report that she is recovering well.🥰

He has one blue eye and one brown eye, this is known as heterochromia. This is often hereditary, meaning it is passed through their genetic makeup. 🧿

Meet Pip😍🐾
Pip had a major surgery on his ear, known as vertical canal ablation. This was due to having constant sore, infected ears, to the point where pip's ear would bleed🤕.
Pip feels so much relief now that his ear is no longer bothering him!🙉
The first image is pip straight after his surgery still a bit drowsy. The secord is after pip got his stitches removed, look how happy he is!😆

This is Luska, Heathers' dog🐾🥰
Luska became very sick with vomiting and bloody diarrhoea.😰 It was discoved that Luska was being a bit mischievous and broke into and ate a pile of fermented grass!🙀
After some blood work, IVfluids and antibiotics, Luska was back to bouncing around again, wagging her tail🥳😆

However Luska hasn't learnt her lesson just yet as the following day jumped onto the kichen table and stole some cake!🫣

Draco visits us every month for his depo-medrone injection. This helps with any inflammatory and allergic conditions.💉😺

Draco is a maine c**n. These are the largest domesticated breed of cat in the world!🙀

Bruno was everyone's friend on his recent visit, he even stopped and posed for a quick photo😁🐾📸

Fun fact: Bruno only has one ear🥺 Poor bruno didn't have the best start to life, but that doesnt stop him from being the happiest patient ever😇🥰

This gentle giant is Ace♣️
Ace is a great dane who weights a whooping 60kg!😲

Ace had quite a big lump growing inbetween his toes, this was causing him quite a lot of discomfort as you could imagine😰
This lump was soon removed and Ace was left feeling a lot more comfortable walking.🐕‍🦺🐾

Meet Nala🥰
This little cutie is only 5 month old, She is the typical ball of energy🤪 However Nala got a little bit to excited recently, after jumping a little too hard, Nala hurt her paw🫣 X-rays revealed that she had broken 3 of her metacarple bones!😲
After plenty of cuddles, pain relief and a big thick bandage, Nala began to feel a lot better. She still however has a long road of recovery ahead of her. Hopefully she keeps the jumping to a minimum from now on.😆

Heather gave Holly a Gorgeous new hair cut, just look at the before and after!😮 Doesn't she look pretty😍
She was soaking up all the attention she was receiving.😊🐾

Heather grooms all her own dogs for dog shows, always looking there best.👌

This is the mischievous Milo😼
Milo visited us feeling a bit under the weather, vomiting and not eating. After a few inconclusive tests Milo was put under a general anesthetic to further investigate. Upon intubation, Vet Kate was shocked at what she saw down Milo's oesophagus. A 45cm long piece of string was stuck in Milo's throat!🙀🙀
This was safely removed and Milo felt a lot better for it!🥳 This is Milo afterwards feeling a bit sorry for himself. Hopefully he's learnt his lesson from eating the string from his toys!🫣
