There has been a road collision somewhere on the A13 toward London bound. This is affecting Benfleet, Pitsea, Basildon and further junction leading towards London.
Please check your travel this morning before leaving to give yourself plenty of time.

Good evening all customers.

Pipps hill grooming salon is currently dealing with a computer malfunction meaning we are unable to access past and future appointments. This also affects us being able to see previous visit notes aka grooms, so please when you pop in, could you bring some images in of our past grooms or what your looking at having to help us out please☺️
As for affecting web bookings we are unsure of just yet.

It’s currently cash ONLY for the next few days until we have a computer and card machine up and running.
Please be patients with us as this is very stressful for the groomers and will take a little extra time for check in/out’s.

So… today is a wrap for Christmas Eve😅
We want to thank our wonderful grooming girls for the extraordinary hard work they have put into grooming many many dogs these past few weeks, but also a massive thank you to our wonderful clients who bring us nothing but smiles and joy🥰

We are very much overwhelmed for the amount of generous gifts and cards given to all us groomers showing us the appreciation you have for us and this helps keep us going strong and keeping positive☺️

We hope you have a lovely Christmas and Boxing Day, and we will be back open from 27th to 31st before closing again for New Years Day.

A Polite Customer Notice🎄🎅🏻🦌

If you have an appointment booked for grooming with the salon, can you please allow more time for your journey, the traffic around the Pipps Hill retail park is crazy busy and parking is hard to find. Also traffic build up on the roads around the A13, A127 and A130.
If you are late to your appointment we may not have time to do the groom as we are very busy leading up to the last couple of days before Christmas.

🎄BUSY SEASON🎄

Due to December being our busiest time of year, this means roads are more busier than usual. Please check your surroundings and roads before leaving as traffic is very much building around about the pipps hill area.
We are only allowing a 15 minute late window before any possibilities of refusing grooms. This is due to running over onto our next grooms.
Any issues with running late always call us or downstairs so we can help with your enquiry.

Today is Remembrance Day. A day where we will stand silently for 2 minutes at 11:11 thinking of all of our fallen hero’s from the past but also thinking about our hero’s today still fighting for our nation🇬🇧 #rememberenceday #fallenheroes #thegroomroom
