This little lady is Tabitha. She is just under two years of age💜
We are looking for a quite home for Tabitha as she is a timid cat that gets spooked by loud noises. Slow and steady works for her and she is a such a sweet girl that will fall over as soon as you scratch her chin. She loves a cosy bed and will spend her days relaxing in her box or sometimes if she is feeling adventurous, she will lie on a cushion in her pen🥰
When we come into her Pen in the morning her toys and her cardboard scratcher will be in different places than the previous day , so we know she likes to explore and play when the centre is quite. We think Tabitha would make the perfect companion for someone if they give her time and space to come round once in a home💕

We would like to share the spotlight on some of our longest guests here at the centre. All these cats have been in our care since March this year and are all busting to find their forever homes😭
Puss is an easy-going girl and loves nothing more than to snooze in her bed, we think Puss would thrive in a home as she is a little fed up being stuck in a pen. Puss is the type of cat to claim a spot on the sofa as her own and stay there happily until dinner time! Puss will need to be the only cat in the home and no young kids, She is a timid girl that just needs lots of love and cuddles. She is the perfect cat that will do her own thing but then also snuggle up beside you. Puss will need safe outdoor access💕
Veronica, This lovely girl is obsessed with people and nothing will do until you sit down and she climbs on your knee, She is super loving and will really make someone so happy. She loves to make biscuits on your chest then jump down for a little nibble then back on your knee. Veronica needs to be the only pet in the home as she wants all the attention for her self! She is the sweetest girl that just wants to be around you all day and who wouldn’t want that ? Veronica will need safe outdoor access💜
Mellissa and Marina. This duo is just amazing they are both super bonded and will play with each other all day. They are both super affectionate, they love to be brushed and petted! They would be perfect for a family with kids as they have a very good temperament. They are indoor only and would suit most homes🥰
Last but not least Quinn, This big handsome boy is super affectionate and loves a good snooze. Quinn loves to stand up and give you kisses on the cheek, he also loves to chase around little springs and through them in the air. He is a big gentle giant but will tell you off if you go to quick or rough with him. He is so loving towards the staff and volunteers here in the centre. He will need to be the only pet in the home and

Some of you might have seen this lovely lady before as we have been desperately trying to find Matilda her forever home🐾🐾
Matilda is a sweet natured girl that is timid at first but give her time she will be your best friend. She has been in our care since February 2024 but now she in a foster home as we thought she would really benefit a home environment🥰🥰
But she can’t stay there forever, she really needs her own home and family😭
When Matilda was in the centre, she would not enjoy pets and wouldn’t really play, she was always just very anxious. She has really grown in confidence since being in our foster homes and we expect nothing less when she gets her own home.
Matilda can be scared to meet new people and will hide and be timid until she knows you are not going to harm her. She is a nervous little girl that will take about a week to come round to a new environment but once she does she will be super loving and affectionate💜
She is the perfect companion cat that will do her own thing but lie on the sofa beside you and night time. She really is cute as a button, we would love to see her settled in her own home soon😻

Tabitha was a stray before she came into our care so she might not have had much time to be a kitten, we are hoping that once she is settled and feels safe she might become more playful. She might need some help to show her how to play with a fishing rod etc🐾
Tabitha is a shy girl that spends her days cuddled up in a cosy cardboard box, she is a nervous girl that gets spooked by loud noises🥰
Tabitha can be shy when meeting new people but as soon as she sees there is no danger she will lean in to receive scratches, she will flop to the ground as soon as you touch her little cheek and then the drool comes! She absolutely loves a chin scratch😍
She will need a quiet home with kids aged 15+. Tabitha will need time to adjust to home life and might be frightened and hide when she goes home but this would be normal for her timid nature🐱
We have no doubt that when she goes home and gets settled, she will be a lot happier in a home and hopefully a lot more confident💕

Mellissa and Marina are two very bonded sisters and are both 2years old.
Mellissa is white and black and Marina is a tortoiseshell, they have been in the centre since April this year and have very little interest😢
When they first came in they were quite shy and would run away and hide from the staff. They have really came out of their shell and are super confident and always looking for attention. They love to play and constantly chase each other up and down the stairs in their pen. They love attention and as soon as you open the door they both nearly jump into your arms for scratches 🐾
We think they would suit most homes and would be great for a family as they are super playful. They absolutely love each other despite being in a small pen together. As you can see from the video Marina is grooming her sister and her sister has no complaints, this shows how close the bond is between them🥰

Say hello to our gorgeous girl Kitz! 🥰
Kitz is a very affectionate wee lady at 2 years old and just loves a fuss being made over her. She came into our care in March time and had already had 2 litters of kittens before coming in. 🙀
As you can imagine, this is a lot for a 2 year old cat and she was very overwhelmed when she first arrived. However it did not take her long to come round and she started to show just how affectionate she really was! 😍
In the morning you can hear Kitz meowing for attention and patiently waiting for her breakfast so she is very good at letting you know what she needs! 🤣
Kitz will need outdoor access as this is what she is use to and she can find the centre environment really boring and just wants to explore! However, Kitz will need to be the only pet as she is not fond of other cats and we presume it will be the same for any other household pets. She gets very stressed about this. 🐈
To sum it up - our girl Kitz needs a family home where she will get lots of attention but also freedom to come and go outside, safe from other pets to do as she pleases and feel comfortable in her own home and some sunny spots in the house to take her daily naps! 🐾💕

We hope you have all enjoyed finding out about our lovely Cat of the Week Jemima! She is such a sweet little cat and we have thoroughly enjoyed showing her off.
Jemima is at a lovely age of 7 years old and unfortunately came into us after being involved in an RTA. She does take a little while to warm up to new people and it took her a few weeks to fully settle in the centre. She is in our overflow department due to not liking loud noises or too much activity.
Once you spend a little bit of time with Jemima she soon comes out of herself and shows of her lovely personality. She enjoys being petted, scratched and brushed, she will allow you to do this for hours. She has the best little purrs and would make anyone's heart melt. She has captured the hearts of many here at the centre and we really hope she find her forever home soon.
In Jemima new home she will require:
- A patient and understanding owner.
- She is a very shy girl so she can be indoor only or have safe access to the outdoors.

This is a very special Homing Appeal for our lovely Cat of The Week; Matilda!
Matilda is only two years old and is such a sweet cat, she can be a little shy when she first meets new people but it is very clear all she wants is love. She did really struggle while being in the centre due to the loud noises. Due to this we made the decision to move her to one of our wonderful fosters who has really helped Matilda come out of her shell. She has been growing in confidence everyday and it has proven with the right home environment she will be an amazing little companion. She is a very gentle cat who came into the centre through no fault of her own, we really hope she can find her forever home soon.

Say hello to Veronica! She is only 3 years old and is the best little cat, she is very affectionate and playful.
She can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but it does not take her long to come out of her shell. We always say you will hear veronica before you see her as she is very talkative cat who will use her lovely meow to demand affection. She absolutely loves being cuddled and kissed on the head, as you can see from her video, she is a big cuddle bug who never wants us to leave her pen.

We would like to introduce our stunning girl, Lola! She may not look it, but this girl is 11 and a half years old! 💕🐈
Lola came into us around the end of January this year and was a very scared and shy cat when she first arrived and was mostly seen hiding in her bed. After lots of TLC she started to come out of her shell here at the centre and showed us just how wonderful she really is! 🥰❤
Lola enjoys being fussed over but can also be very independent and likes to take a lot of naps during the day! Being an older girl, this is much needed rest for her, so she will need a quiet home life where she can feel safe to do so. 🐾
We are hoping to find Lola a home with no other pets, as she is not very keen on having to share attention and would be much more comfortable in a home that was only hers! Lola is a very laid-back cat who just enjoys company, and we are really struggling to find her that forever home due to her age. She does get overlooked quite a lot. 😭
Lola will also need a home where she can have outdoor access as this will help her thrive and be able to be the independent cat she loves to be! (most of the time!).

Once again, we are having show off our wonderful girls Poppy & Rose. 💔
They have been with us since February this year and are quickly becoming are most overlooked cats. We have a feeling this is due to them being that little bit older and being a bonded pair. As a lot of people will have reservations on adopting older cats due to health concerns, but also adopting a pair because it may seem like it is very overwhelming. 😢
However, a lot of our followers would agree that adopting a bonded pair can prove to be such a rewarding experience. When you are not home, they provide each other with company and will play together majority of the time. They will settle in a lot quicker because they have support from one another and so on. 💕🐈
The girls are 8 years old and are the most chilled cats ever! If you have been following our Facebook and Instagram stories you would see how they spend most of their time laying in bed waiting for pets! Poppy is the more confident sister whereas Rose is very shy until she gets to know you, she loves playing while Poppy just enjoys get the chin scratches! 🐾😍

Over the course of this week, you may have seen our lovely Cat of the Week; Sherlock ! He is such a special boy, and we are really surprised that he has no visitors or interest, we hope we can get him into his forever home soon💜
Sherlock was brought into as a stray by a lovely member of the public who had taken really good care of him but due to this, we know very little about his background. From the minute he came in we quickly seen that he is very affectionate and a loving cat who adores people. When first meeting Sherlock he may seem a bit nervous and unsure, but once he builds his confidence with you, he will quickly come out of his shell and want nothing more than to be cuddled. Sherlock adores being brushed and due to his coat type he really needs it, luckily, he will let you brush him for as long as you like😻
Sherlock adores his comforts and will spend a lot of his time sleeping in his comfortable bed, snoozing away. However, once he sees a person he is straight up meowing at his window, demanding attention and it is really hard to ignore his lovely eyes and cute meows. Sherlock has captured the hearts of many in the centre and we really hope that someone falls in love with him just like we have💕

Meet Bubble and Squeak, this lovely sister duo is only 2 years old and are ready to find their forever home.
Bubble and Squeak have gone through a hard couple of months and even though they were loved dearly in their past home, they came into the centre very scared and confused. When we first brought them in, they would always hide and avoid us. At the start we focused on making them as comfortable and stress free as possible before even attempting to engage with them.
😻With the dedication of the team here at the centre and the support from our in-staff behaviour team we have seen a massive improvement from these two cuties. As you can see from the video, they both love affection and being adored. This is amazing for us to see, and we are delighted by their amazing improvement, Bubble (bigger tabby) even has started coming down into her back pen to wait for her breakfast / dinner! Squeak does prefer to stay in the safety of her bed but will allow for pets. They are both absolutely beautiful cats, who will need a calm, quiet and patient home to allow them to fully come out of their shells again. They will also need outdoor access as this is what they are used to in the past. 😻

During the course of this week, you may have seen our lovely cat of the week, Binx! He is only 1 year old and is more than ready to find his forever home.
Binx came into the centre after being found in a box, he didn’t seem to have a great start to life but despite this he is a lovely young healthy cat. He is full of energy and adores nothing more than playing with people. He adores fishing rod toys, balls, springs and mice with bells on the end. He is a lovely little cat who would fit into a household with older children who also love to play. He always seems to be full of energy and we sometimes wonder if he sleeps. Binx does like affection but mostly on his terms, so an older and experienced household would suit best. He does love his food and is always there waiting for us in the morning and afternoon.
Binx is getting a bit frustrated with life in the centre, so we hope to find him a home that will be able to keep him entertained. Once settled, Binx will need to have outdoor access to allow him to exercise and burn off his energy.
