🎃🐴 Spooktacular Halloween Camp at Mill House Equine Services!

Get ready for a frightfully fun adventure this October with our Halloween Camp from Monday 28th to Thursday 31st October!

We’re taking everything you loved about our summer camps and cranking it up a notch with a spooky twist! 👻🕸️

Each day will be packed with Halloween-themed pony games, thrilling mountain treks, and fun learning activities that will challenge and entertain riders of all levels. And to top it all off, we’ll have a fancy dress competition on the last day – so get your most creative costumes ready! 🎩🧙‍♀️

And we even have a special horse & carriage demo on the Wednesday! Watch the magic in action and even have a go yourself!!✨

Here’s what to expect:
- Halloween-themed pony games🎃
- Exciting mountain treks🏞️
- Fun learning activities🐎
- Fancy dress competition on the final day! 🎭

You can choose to sleep over (residential) or go home each night (non-residential)– either way, it’s going to be an EPIC camp! And don’t worry if you don’t have your own pony – you can bring yours or use one of ours. 🐴

Our summer camps have received rave reviews, and we’re planning to make this Halloween camp even bigger and better!

⭐️Wallace left a few weeks ago to another yard for some cross country schooling and general work .

⭐️Wallace has now found a new home with someone who will further his education .

⭐️We are sure Wallace will go on to great things .

Our first ever Ladies Morning was a success! 🎉 Whether you're a seasoned rider or haven’t sat on a horse since you were 12, this is for you!

Why join us? Besides the fact that it’s the perfect excuse to escape the daily grind and swap the office for a saddle, you’ll enjoy:

🐴 Expert riding tips (because who really nailed the perfect trot the first time?)
🐴Tuition to help you bond with your horse or ours (you know, the really important stuff)
🐴 A cup of tea (if there is any milk left) and a good gossip – because sometimes, a morning chat is just as vital as the riding! ☕🗣️

We had laughs, lessons, and a few "I’ll feel that tomorrow" moments. 💪 But most importantly, we had fun! Come ride, chat, and unwind with us next time. You deserve it! 😜

It is with a heavy heart that I’ve decided to put my beloved mare, Dolly P, up for sale.

This is through no fault of her own, but due to my personal lack of time to give her the attention she deserves. Dolly P is an 8-year-old, 13.3hh mare, bred back to the Diamond Cutter stallion.

She is both ride and drive, a real pocket rocket in the shafts, and has pulled living wagons to Appleby Fair several times.

Roo is constantly handled by children of ages 3 and above and never acts any differently. Roo is perfect to catch, load and travel. Loves to be groomed and loves all the attention. She has 3 good paces and is perfectly mannered no matter what age of rider. Roo has jumped clear rounds and been in jump clinics. She hacks anywhere alone or in company in the heaviest of traffic! She has been used in games and for younger children in learning to come off the lead rein. She really is the perfect kids pony.
