I meet so many lovely people doing what I do. A gorgeous dog I groom, Lola Tibetan Terrier sadly passed away over the new year 💔 Her mam sent me a little something to say thank you for everything I did for her. Little things like this really do mean a lot.

I’ve lost some amazing dogs over the last few years. When I get the message or the call it really hits 💔

Bear Akita , Nelson Jack Russell, Poppy Shih Tzu, Maggie Golden Retriever, Gerrard Jack Russell, Rocky Shih Tzu, Prudence Lhasa X, Maisie Shih Tzu, Teagan X Breed, Pip Bichon, Sasha X Breed, Fred X Breed, Betty Labradoodle, Millie Bichon, Ollie Cockapoo, Bailey Yorkie, Harvey Westie X Pomeranian.

Its not just dog grooming, it was letting us be part of their lives aswell

Please be prompt when picking up your dog as we are on a tight schedule. Late pick ups really do have an impact on the whole day 🎄

December is full. If you haven’t booked in for your Christmas appointment, I can add you to my cancellation list.

If you need a reminder of your appointment please message me.

Please be on time for your appointment.

If anyone is more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule but I won’t be able to get you back in until Jan/Feb depending on my availability.

No shows….you must pay 50% of the groom before I book you back in.

This is the busiest time for us so if you need to cancel please give 24hrs notice so I can fill the space

One of my customers dogs got attacked this afternoon at Carlton Park by 2 black whippet type dogs. She was very lucky but has a few bruises 😞 They were off lead and clearly couldn’t be controlled by their owner.

Just to make you aware as that is a popular field for dogs
