TJ a 4 year old Arabxwelsh. Approaching confidently and balanced to a pole with jump wings at either side for the first time today. ❤️ him
What a beautiful luck charm to appear at Willow dene stables, what a lovely yard and place to work and most of all our family yard where my Grandparents and Mum live and who taught me how to ride and look after all the precious ponies we have! **DISCLAIMER** our yard is fully CCTV covered, anybody seen to chase/follow, feed, touch, pick up, Any of our animals unless authorised to do so will be asked to leave! Visitors come for a horse experience, we are not a petting zoo. We love our animals and love our calm peaceful peace of the world and very hard for it!
On my day off we have a lovely dog walk 🥰Louie and Tinkerbell are loving having a baby brother who had his first walk with them today Thor. Yes I am a crazy animal lady!
When your horse is out with his pall and in the field most furthest away, just call his name and he comes running! Even if he knows it means a work out 🥰 Absolutely adore him and Popeye his little buddy and riding school pony! ❤️
TJ today doing ohh so well at the age of 4! He is definitely getting a lot more balanced, stronger and more confident and forward! Stabled Willow Dene we are so lucky to have such a cheeky boy to continue to educate and get ready for a jumping carrier in the future! He is such a Dude and SO SO fun to ride and look after ❤️ him. And of course diet plan and feed provided by Whitehall Feeds
Having a play about with my own horse Raph this morning, he felt really balanced relaxed and a nice spring! ❤️ spaces available for backing breaking schooling! Feel free to message ☺️
Skipper tonight after having a nice relaxing hack yesterday worked really nicely in the school
Skipper working on his canter transitions last night
I find riding bareback really builds a bond between rider and horse developing a deeper understanding to how the horse moves and can encourage more forward movement without the restriction of a saddle. Plus it’s great for rider balance and fitness!
*this video is from April* TJ schooling nicely after been broken in last year with me, having a break over Winter and then this was our second ride after coming back into work. He is a pleasure to work with ❤️
