Liver training Cake

500g of Self raising flour
1 large egg
1 tsp baking powder
500g liver inc liquid

Put liver and liquid in blender and blitz

In bowl put flour egg baking powder mix in liver and mix well. Add a little water if too stiff

Transfer to loaf tin (oil'd or greased)

Bake at 180 for 35 mins till cooked through

Once cold chop. Feeezes well defrost before use.
