It’s a tad bracing on the Downs today, but the gang loved it (particularly the puddles). Still waiting for our website - hopefully have it up and running soon!!!! In the meantime please shout if you want to book your fur babies in for a ‘meet and greet’ for doggy day care or home boarding.

Yay, Darling Dogs Home Boarding have just been rated 5 stars by Lewes District Council. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We currently have spaces available for doggy day care and overnight boarding.

At Darling Dogs we provide a friendly, caring and professional dog minding service as a great alternative to kennels. Your dogs will be happy and safe in our loving & comfortable home and will have a minimum of 2 daily countryside walks over the beautiful South Downs and constant access to the garden.

Dog theft is unfortunately on the rise again 😢

There are a number of ways that you can help protect your dogs, such as:

Make sure microchip details are up-to-date.

Keep an ID tag on your dog at all times (your surname, address and mobile phone no)

Secure gates using bolts at the top and bottom, along with a heavy-duty padlock and gate alarm

Never leave your dog in the garden unattended

Purchase a driveway alarm so you are alerted to any intruders, these can also be used in rear gardens.

Never leave your dog tied up outside a shop or alone in a car, even for a few minutes

Take lots of photographs of your dog to prove ownership if it’s stolen, pay particular attention to any distinguishing markings on your dog.

You can also prevent theft on walks by varying walk times and locations.

Look after your dogs!
