UPDATE:

We would like to thank our clients who we’ve had to let down these past few days as this is something we don’t very lightly. It’s been an emotional 3 days and we were due to finish on the 20th for Christmas but due to an unexpected death in the family, petpals will continue in the new year. We understand that there is a lot of time between this and if you wish to take on someone else, but we would really appreciate our clients to stand with us at this time as we will be back as we love all the beautiful pets we look after.

🐾 Due to an increase in late payments, we will now be requesting payments within 24 hours of sending invoices out as we still have to pay our bills and wages out

🐾 We are requesting this so there is not a build up of payments on clients. If there has been no contact and no payments made, this will effect your following visits/stays and this will incur a late payment fee
