We are a dedicated and passionate dog services provider in the West Midlands (Just south of Birmingham). Our priority is you and your companion's happiness and safety. The Team:

We also have a number of helpers who hel

p out occasionally but are still bound by our code of practice and are covered by our insurance. We love all animals, actually. We were set up to, and continue to, improve dogs' lives and to, simply, make them happy. We do not condone or tolerate any punitive training methods or rough handling, and believe in +R (positive reinforcement) and calm energies. Hev is a proud member of the Pet Professional Guild who are advocates for a pain-free, fear-free, shock-free and force-free approach. Yes, we are running a business and yes we have bills to pay, but profit is nowhere near the top of our list of priorities; far from it!! Most of the little profit we make after the business expenses and wages are paid is channelled into toys, equipment and training etc for the staff to ensure we continue to provide the very best possible services to you and your hound. We also support local Staffie charity Room For One More Staffie Rescue and help with others when we can (our 12 mile Malvern Hills Challenge in September 2013 for example). We provide walking, training, socialisation and in-home sitting services. We also have our famous PlayPark - 3-acres of secure open space with LOADS of balls, toys, and fun agility bits for you and your pup to have a go at! The PlayPark is available for private sessions (ideal for pooches with social issues or to practice recall etc!), you can hire it for private functions (Puppy Parties etc), and we hold open group sessions regularly (see the events page). Dogs must meet certain criteria for group sessions but just get in touch for more info. **We have had a couple of rare slots become available on some of our playdates!! These involve 45 minutes to an hour at our secure playpark; supervised play with other well socialised dogs and include pick up and drop off in our fully kitted out vans. After today's drama and spending the day in the hospital with H, we've just been told it's appendicitis. She's being moved to Worcester and will have an appendectomy tomorrow. All well wishes gratefully received! ❤ We love you H, as do all of your furry nieces and nephews! Wishing you a super speedy recovery!

**XL Bully Field Hire Update**

We have received clarification from our insurance company and the following rules apply. Don't forget once you have your exemption certificate we offer 50% discount for dogs banned under BSL but registered on the Index of Exempted Dogs.

The rules regarding XL Bullies (and other banned breeds) at the HHH PlayPark are as follows.

The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.

A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.

The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times

The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules

The dog is Micro Chipped

The field is private property with no public access passing through

The field is securely fenced and locked so the dog cannot escape

The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field

The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field

You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field

*If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together, but the banned breed dog must have its own handler and then another member of the same household needs to be present to supervise the other dogs. If there is more than 1 banned breed in the household they can come together but each dog must have its own handler

Hev's Mum 🥰

The 72-year-old has loved walking up the Malvern Hills since childhood, and now after a long road to recovery, she will be braving the journey once more.

My Mum, 72, broke her spine last year on 3rd August, and was unable to get treatment for it due to a series of blunders. Prior to the break, she would walk daily for a good hour or more outdoors; she volunteered, did cleaning for people, and her church, and lived a very active life. Being in constant agony, unable to walk has meant giving up her home (because it was too far from her only support), her car as unable to drive, and her beloved daily walks with the dog. Her mental and physical health suffered greatly, and it has been a terrible year for all of us.

Last week though, she was finally, almost a year after breaking her spine, given a painkilling injection into her spinal nerves to enable her to walk a bit easier. So on the 3rd August, exactly a year after her fall, she will be attempting to walk up to the beacon of the Malvern Hills in aid of Aspire, who supported her during this journey.
