No rushing and no forcing your pooch in any way. Your dogs always deserve our full attention and they always get it no matter what. Before hand, consultations are required so we can establish a full understanding of what results you, the owner, would like to see on your doggy after the groom. We pride ourselves in knowing we provide a safe and calm environment, only the best for your pooches as we ourselves are calm, patient and adore spending time with doggies! We always reward good behaviour, if allowed, treats are on hand for good boys and girls along with lots of cuddles too!
