So another painting for my friends wall of the special that is Jackson. Fool! Anyway, this is my opportunity to say I have commissions in already for the dreaded C word …. And no that’s not my favourite swear word, but Christmas. 🤦‍♀️😁
I know we don’t want to think about it yet, but I am not a fast artist as it is a hobby I fit in around everyday life, so if you’re thinking of a pressy for anyone give me a shout. Oh, the photos I work from have to be decent quality 👍
Ps …. This painting of Jackson has some of his own real mane within it. Cool hay!! ❤️
All paintings come completely framed and ready to hang. Also with a card of authenticity

One of my recent paintings. The retriever is such a gentle breed, I really wanted to try and capture it in her eyes, even though they were super dark x Drop me a message if you’re interested in me doing something for you. A friends dog has run off near waterswallow road. Please contact me if you see him. His name is Hugo and he is a a short legged brown spaniel type. He is micro chipped so alternatively if you can get him to a vets and they will take a reading. Thank you x

First visitor of the year, Vinnie … he asked me to keep the eyelashes long cos they get him his tea early, … drop the fluffy ears, cos he likes them slinky silky smooth, and to complete the style with a good old fashioned back sack n crack clip.

I am trying to help out a pal. They have adopted a beautiful and very large lab. She is crate trained so they are trying to source a ‘large as possible’ crate for her to help her settle in and have a her own safe place, without feeling too trapped. If anyone has something they think would be suitable please drop me a message and I will connect details.

Hurricane. Loved painting him with his swoopy coat, and those lovely colourful eyes. Hopefully he will have a prime spot on the wall somewhere for everyone to see his handsomeness, and his flexibility! Why wouldn’t you want a painting of yourself with you leg behind you ear!

I Painted Olive quite a while ago as a birthday gift for this weekend. As you can see she really is a petite and cute little Westie girl. ❤️
I groom Olive regularly and she is such a sweetheart… in a Westie kind of a way .. if you know you know ! ……
…..Westies are not on this planet to please us, like a loyal collie or needing spaniel, they are here to rule the world, and you may be allowed to be a part of their story, or you may not .. but THEY will decide!
Don’t get so many to groom these days. They used to be my bread and butter. Their character is always strong, as a groomer of a Westie you have to be able to compromise and entice… they WILL NOT deal with idiots or bullies!

My lovely customers are so loyal and regular that for many years I have been unable to take on new dogs!

I’ve been grooming and running this business for over 15years, which means, simply put, that unfortunately I am at a stage where many of my original and much loved dogs have crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈

So if you have friends or neighbours with nice, little fluff balls that need some grooming attention let them know. 🪮 I can’t take on larger breeds, as a guide a weight limit of approx 25 kg

I was commissioned at short noitice to do this commemorative painting, with the hope that it will in some small way help with the awful grief that the recipient is suffering. 💔 .Today is her partners funeral. To make this even tougher, she lost her beautiful dog, Kalem, last week.
I won’t lie, I shed a tear whilst painting him, but equally the inspiration to do the best I could, with limited photos of him was strong. So I combined them to create this portrait of his nose following the butterfly (butterflies are representative to the spirit of our lost loved ones, which I think most people are aware of) .
I hope it helps her just a little bit x What a privilege ❤️💔

Two photos in one day, get me! Got to keep the social media social. Never know, might make another ‘work in progress’ video like I used to! Although I learned a tough lesson there, smashed my phone trying to ‘prop’ it to get a decent angle, so maybe not! Missy has been for her groom today. I am still painting but most are for Christmas gifts so I won’t be able to share them just yet. I shall try and take more grooming pics, it’s probably overdue anyway!
