They are the first people you will see when you come to the surgery, they are organisers, agony aunts, they meet and great and welcome you, they sort out all of your appointments, medication requests, questions and queries, insurance claims and much, much more.

VACANCY - PART TIME RECEPTIONIST

Role
Fantastic opportunity to work in a lovely, friendly Veterinary practice.
We are seeking to appoint a part time Receptionist to join our team at Summercourt Vets. The role will include meeting and greeting our clients, general reception duties, answering calls, dealing with client queries, booking appointments, taking payments, cashing up and other admin jobs. This role is based at our Caerphilly Branch. There are no out of hours or weekend work.

The role is 18 hours/week with a varied shift pattern spread over 4 days.

The role requires flexibility as shifts could change frequently due to the nature of the role.
Shifts vary between 8.30 and 6.00pm Monday-Friday

Ideally you will be computer literate and confident communicating with customers on the phone and face to face.

We are a busy 1/2 Vet Practice with 1 RVN, 1 SVN and 2 part time receptionists.
The practice is close to the town centre with supermarkets, leisure facilities and various other shops close by.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 GCSE’s.
