Wonderful wet day out at Lower Tokenbury Equestrian Centre Hunter trial

Well done to Sarah, Helen and Theresa in the 60cm. You all did fab, and Theresa for coming 4th 😄 then Anna in the 90cm coming 3rd!
You all did brilliant in wet conditions

Today we said farewell to Andrea Sandford at her home here at Lower Axford.
Her children Amy, Marcus and Carla held a beautiful service, which included all her animals, then a toast at sunset.
We were treated to all the Cornish weather at the top of the farm 😂 finished with a rainbow.

You will be greatly missed Andrea

It’s been a busy weekend on the yard for some of the horses!
Well done to everybody out competing this weekend.

Ben and Tamara Egglestone were placed 2nd 🥈at the area festivals held at Bicton Arena on Friday. Gaining their qualification for the Petplan Championships 🌟

Today Lucy Willetts and Xavi had a 🥈2nd in ‘best horse/pony’ and 3rd 🥉 in the veteran class. Theresa Wilkinson and Guinness gained a 4th and 5th in the showing classes and a 1st 🥇in the jumping at St Dominic Gymkhana & Dog Show
And Farrier Jay Knapman Awcf and Tommy won 🥇‘best local dog’ and went champion🏆!!

Long arena on grass now out 🙂 along with a few of the cross country jumps and some worker type fences 🙂 Just the cross country fences around the tracks left to sort out (then we will probably have nothing but rain so we can’t use any of it 😂)
