How do you book in?

We would love to hear from you and all about your pet!

If you give us a call or message we can check dates and availability and then talk through what you need and give you a quote or rate. We can visit to meet your pet and go through the schedule for them, where their food and necessities are, access arrangements and anything else you need or are concerned about.

We would like to make sure we understand any supplement schedule plus the name and contact details for your vet too.

What else do we offer? - Keeping your pet clean

Depending on how long you are away, the living quarters of your pet may need a more significant clean. We can sort substrates, refresh hutch materials, clean cages and litter trays in a longer visit at an additional cost. The details and logistics of the larger clean can be discussed and all you need to do is leave the materials and instructions for waste.

What else do we offer? - Feeding

We know the logistics around live food and have a relationship with a local reptile store where we are happy to collect on your behalf with prepayment.

We also know that storing volumes of frozen food and raw meat can be difficult so we would be happy to collect supplies locally on your behalf with prepayment.

What do we do in the visit?

The standard visit is half an hour, but can be longer if you would like or there is more to do for your pet (charge can be discussed).
We feed and fuss your pet and let them outside for toileting if appropriate. We can work with their normal feeding whether wet, dry or live, check humidity and spraying if needed for exotics for example, make sure any frozen food is defrosted and ready for the next day, top up water, clean away their daily waste or uneaten food. For hens with an automatic coop door we can collect eggs too and leave them safely for your return. Any supplements that are required can be administered to your written instructions.

Playing with your pet allows us to check them over in a stress free way if you and your pet are happy for us to do so. We would love to talk about your pets likes and dislikes, to get to know them and make your absence as calm for them as possible. We can take photos to send to you if you’d like to say hello to them when you’re away for peace of mind.

We offer a truly personalised service so don't worry about letting us know about any specific needs or issues your pet may have.

When do we visit?

We can talk through the regular schedule of your pet and we aim for them to experience minimum disruption to their usual routine. We have found that pets often have internal clocks and expect their meals and other habits around the same time every day. When we meet with you we can work through your pets schedule and endeavour to create a visiting plan based on that and other commitments to clients.

How much do it cost?

Prices are from £12 for a 30 minute standard visit within the local area.

What areas do we cover?

We are based in Camberley, and happily cover Deepcut, Bagshot, Frimley, Frimley Green, Lightwater and Windlesham at a local rate. We can also travel further to Farnborough, Pirbright, Mytchett and Blackwater, West End and Sunningdale for a small additional charge. Always happy to discuss!

We know what a worry it can be finding care for your pets when you are away from home. We have struggled finding people who understood our creatures, who will care for them like we do.

Sad at having to ship off our beloved pets to different people, we decided to create a service where all the creatures could be cared for in their own home. From reptiles to rodents to invertebrates, fish, feathers and furries, we understand their needs and care.
