Terms and Conditions

Immunisation status-
Rabbits must be vaccinated against RVHD, Myxomatosis and RVHD2.
Certification confirming this must be sent by photo or bought with you on arrival. First time vaccinations must have been 21 days before pets arrival date otherwise not valid.
Without vaccinations they cannot be accepted as we have to keep all our guests safe and healthy. Thankyou for understanding.

All pets boarded should be in their normal state of health at time of arrival, any pre-existing conditions discussed with us, (if your pet shows any signs of illness not already discussed we reserve the right not to board your pet)

If your pet becomes ill during their stay we will do our very best to communicate with you asap and your pet will receive medical attention from a vets. Please provide your normal vet details and any cover you have.
Any vets fees incurred whilst your pet is boarding with us will be the owners responsibility and should be paid by collection time.
Cancellations- The payment will still apply for less then 48hrs notice.

Details required to book-

1.Name of pet, breed, s*x age if known.

2.Dates needed -Drop off and collections at mutually convenient times to be agreed. Any extra nights will incur normal price if available to keep them.

3.Normal routine, special requirements, what feed they have and how much/how often.

4.Health issues/allergies/medications/vet details.

Now offering boarding for small pets but not dogs and cats which require a seperate licence which I do not have. Not yet ready for rabbits as they need plenty of space and a secure area setting up.
Untill I have invested more into the pet accommodation i am currently mainly offering a "bring your own cage" service although i do have a guinea-pig hutch Foxglove (pets at home) dimensions- H117 x W162 x D71.5cm. Which is under a covered outdoor area. If indoors is needed this maybe possible.
I can offer drop in visits for your cats and dogs. Dog walking still available but I can not do every day.
Enhanced DBS checked,fully insured,pet first aid trained and most importantly an animal lover with experience having had pet dogs, rabbits guinea pigs hamsters gerbils and horses.
I will check on your pets health and wellbeing and update you with photos.

It's all been quiet from me as I haven't done much dog walking for a month or so but today the stunner Akira and I went for our first walk together. An adventure over Gentleshaw Common where I was sure the path we went down was the one we went up...Looking forward to more in 2024

No picture due to confidentiality. In my other role with a patient I suggested he has the dog on his lap today. Both are benefitting 😊The dog is still anxious since fireworks night and following people round. For people dogs can be therapy and are sometimes used in this way as PAT dogs ( Pets as therapy 🤎
