Hi, just a gentle reminder that if you can't keep your appointment, please let me know as soon as you can. For any no shows or cancellations under 24 hours I will have to start charging. I am turning people away for appointments. And it's not fair that they miss out and I am loosing money. I love my job, but its still a business and I have staff to pay and overheads to cover.
