My name is kaz and I love working with animals, but my passion is working with Cats.
I worked at Catz Cattery for Rose and Robert Cooke’s in Hampton in Arden for 8 years and started out by cleaning the individual Cat pens, feeding the Cats as well as grooming, monitoring and administering medication if required.
Other responsibilities were looking after a busy reception desk and managing the Cattery while the owners were away.
Unfortunately, the Cattery closed as Rose and Robert retired from the Cattery business.
I really enjoyed my time working at the Cattery along with the owners and of course the Cats which I have missed so much.
After leaving the Cattery I got a job working at Birmingham Airport which lead to working with people as opposed to Cats.
What was really interesting in both my roles at the Cattery and the Airport is that Customer Service is paramount.
I have now decided the time is right to start a new adventure and set up my own Cat Sitting Service which will allow me to meet new Customers and tender to their Cat’s needs (best of both worlds)
Delivering good Customer Service whilst meeting new people is also a passion and my aim is to deliver a premier Cat Sitting Service
I am trustworthy, hardworking, reliable and conscientious and hold a valid CRB certificate, public liability Insurance and NARPS registered.
Cats make affectionate and playful pets and like space as well as interacting with people. Cats don’t like being left alone for long periods and require fresh food, water and clean litter trays and love nothing more than being left in their own environment.
From working in the Cattery, I gained a lot of knowledge on Cat behaviour and took pride in noticing any unusual behaviour and health symptoms in the cats.
Nothing would be taken to chance and further advice would promptly be followed up with the Cats owners or preferred Vets.
Changes might not be obvious as individual Cats show pain or distress differently, and I would get to know the Cats and their history from the first appointment and through the booking/sitting service.
At Kaz’s Katz Sitting Service I can tend to your Cats every need whilst you are away, and you don’t have to worry about their welfare as I will be there for them and you.

Picking up post
