16.3hh, 2011 reg Irish Sports Horse (Clover Hill lines)

Jess is a real yard favourite, she hacks alone and in company, schools well in all 3 paces, and jumps well over show jumps and cross country fences. Does not need working every day and is currently ridden in a happy mouth loose ring snaffle, that being said is not suited to a novice rider as she is a large powerful mare.

Very sad sale due to change in circumstances and is offered for sale on behalf of her owner.

She is pleasure to have on the yard and totally unmareish and loves a good fuss, groom / bath!

She is perfect to catch, shoe, clip, box.

She would be best suited to a riding club home and will absolutely only be sold to a home where she will be adored as she deserves. She recently went to camp where the rider had never ridden her before and came back with a gleaming review, hacked by 16 year old and nanny to various younger horses.

Absolute school master, up to 14 years old, min 16hh max 17.2hh

Looking for what everyone wants, for first time owner to be adored and do a variety of activities from hacking, sponsored rides, one day maybe the odd hunt, lessons etc.

Must be sound, ideally something of lighter build and really must be sound and more than happy to hack alone and not get hot and be safe enough to grow with.

Very healthy budget for right horse, ideally located within 2 hours from CR3 (Surrey)

We are a friendly yard which is very supportive with fabulous facilities and exceptional grazing, and private off road hacking!
The horses want for nothing and there happiness is at the forefront of all we do One livery space remaining at our beautiful yard in Woldingham, Surrey.

If you’re looking for a friendly yard to enjoy with your horse we have space at present! .
We are very lucky and have the below facilities:
- Private hacking over 250acres (no roadwork!)
- Newly installed Floodlit school with show jumps and fillers
- Genuine all year round turnout, whatever the weather they go out!
- smart and good condition stables with electric
- Tea room (perfect way to help ensure you don’t do the housework!) & toilet
- Dog and child friendly (kennels available for both if needed!)
- Very high levels of care and attention to detail, every horse and owner treated as an individual
- In addition to the private hacking we have access to a truly fantastic bridleway network
