Merry Christmas to you all 🎅🏼🎁🥂

It’s not quite the end of the year yet but I must thank each and every client of mine for another successful year with a wonderful pack of dogs for regular walking and boarding. Not forgetting the many horses I look after for holiday cover plus cats, rabbits, hamsters and chickens (I think that’s everyone?)!

Much the same as 2021, I am very grateful for all the messages and phone calls but I unfortunately do not have space to take on any new clients. I am sorry for any disappointment and will continue to post on here if I have any openings.

I hope everyone is enjoying the break over Christmas and has a great New Year too!

⚠️IMPORTANT NEWS ⚠️

The Highway Code is being updated from end of January 2022 to help protect vulnerable road users.

These updates to the rules aim to protect the most vulnerable road users. Creating a hierarchy of users, including pedestrians, particularly children, older or disabled people, cyclists, motorcyclists, and horse riders.

With regards to passing horses, road users must:
🐴 pass horses (including horse drawn vehicles) under 10mph
🐴 give a 2m clearance when passing, and if this is not possible it will be the law to wait until it is clear to do so.

Thank you for passing us wide and slow- it does matter, it keeps us all safe 👏👏👏
