!!!Doggie urgently needing rehoming!!!

Can anyone help with a very special boy, with specialist needs?

He is a 2yr old cocker Spaniel, he has bilateral hip dysplasia (one side has received a FHNO in the last few months), but has also been known to be aggressive and has bitten in the past. His owners are desperately trying to rehome him as things have gotten so bad, his home can no longer cope. Unfortunately his days are quickly running out as several charities have informed them that they cannot help with rehoming him due to his aggression and history of biting and they don't know what else to do. They have tried trainers in the past but they haven't been able to help the situation.

Ideally he needs to be with adults only and no other pets, preferably with someone with experience, time and patience to work with a highly reactive dog.

There was no aggression shown in clinic while he was being rehabilitated post surgery as he's very food orientated and quick to learn.

We're desperate to help find him a home before there is no other option left other than a trip to the vets. If anyone can help, or knows anyone who could, please get in contact ASAP and we can send on some details. Thank you!

Pix has been my lovely and willing assistant today for my first aid refresher where we've practiced bandaging limbs and ears this morning. She obviously required a sock for comfort. Horrible life she leads 🤣

Pix Wicks turned 6 yesterday. And she celebrated by having a full body massage with some cranio sacral work followed by cuddles with her favourite teddies and her mummy and daddy. It's a hard life being my dog 🤣
