My Best Friend at Cirencester did a fantastic job with Lucy our Cocker Spaniel today. Being a rescue dog with an unknown history Lucy can be frightened by other dogs and strange surroundings. The staff obviously put Lucy at her ease and did a really great job with her grooming. We will be using My Best Friend again.

Dougie was obviously treated extremely well and was very happy on collection. He also looks very handsome and clean!
Great advice, care and very personalised to Dougie, which really helped me to feel reassured too. He wasn’t desperate to leave either, which had been a problem with other groomers he’s been to.

Casper, our 4 year old Yorkie went in looking like a scruffy lion today and when I came to collect him he looked amazing.
I am very happy with his groom he looks absolutely bootiful and I think Casper had a lovely time as well as he was positively jaunty
walking down the street to the car.

As much as Rolo hates the fuss of going to the groomers, she always comes out happy and looking pretty as a picture and the girls tell me how good she was. Love the location, their set up and the one to one treatment, which means Rolo doesn't need to stay for hours. Friendly staff and great service, Thank you 😊

We took our puppy Paddington for his first ever cut and Clara was amazing with him. We were very nervous on how Paddington would be but they took extra care of him and made him feel at ease. He was happy as ever when we went to collect him without any nerve!

We brought Belle for her usual 7week groom as we have done since she was a puppy (over four years)we would never go anywhere else they are simply the best.Clara,John and Hannah give such a warm welcome and Belle comes out looking and smelling magnificent they do such an amazing job.They know Belle well and know she can be nervous but they are patient and caring and she always makes a fuss of them now.What more can I say apart from thank you My Best Friend for being simply the best and see you in 7weeks!
