Auntie Claire got to meet this big softie today. This is Sally who is a Bullmastiff. She was such a good girl for her mud bath treatment to help all the dead hair come out and had a huge de-shed. She smells beautiful 💜🐾🐶 x

Auntie Claire has had a bit of a Sprocker day today. 🐶 All very different in looks and personalities. 1st up is Annie Bob for her bath and tidy only, she doesn’t like the dryer so has a snuggly towel dry instead. Pic is before the bath. 2nd is George’s turn, now it was his first ever groom at 11 months and he was clipped off, he did amazingly well (did a little trial with the clippers the wrong way round up and down his back, not phased) Gold star George. Then last but not least was lovely lady Muddle, she just wants to lay down and snooze all the way through her groom. Good puppers! 💜🐾🐶🛁✂️ ###

So the salon is now closed until next Wednesday while Auntie Nik & Auntie Claire go and do their bit up at Leeds Championship Dog Show held in the grounds of Harewood House. It’s a lovely day out if any of our clients fancy a nosey round. Get the chance to see lots of different breeds of dogs and watch them strut their stuff in the show ring. It will be nice to see you. Have a drive up. Auntie Jade will hopefully be coming along on Sunday. We will respond to messages/phone calls when we can but may be a delay. See you all later 🐾🩷🐾💜🐾🩵🐩🐕‍🦺🦮🏆🥇 ###

Big soft lad Murphy the Italian Spinone came in for his regular handstrip. Having a wirey coat it’s good to keep the hair coarse and healthy. Murphy is one of those breeds that doesn’t get clipped as that would ruin his coat. Hand stripping removes the top coat of dead hair making room for new hair growth. It also helps to maintain the rich bright colours of the coat. He will feel much better now all that’s gone!!! Good boy 🐾💜 xx

🐾🌟Exciting news!!🌟🐾
Auntie Nik & Auntie Claire would like to welcome our new groomer Auntie Jade Jade Shaw to the pack. Jade is fresh from college and eager to get some pooches pampered! This means we are now able to take on new clients. Jade will be part time with us as she is still in her other job until she builds up a good client base and will then become full time. We have fully refurbished the salon to enable us to have 3 grooming stations, all colour co-ordinated and shiny new. Please feel free to pop in and have a nosey, or your pups a little sniff around. Thank you to all our customers who have made this possible by keeping us covered in dog hair to make their pooches clean and gorgeous. From Auntie Nik starting this adventure off and doing super good so Auntie Claire had to join to help and now expanding again with Auntie Jade. From strength to strength! Thank you so much! We really do appreciate you all. Looking forward to meeting some new faces and paws 🐾🩷🐾💜🐾🩵🛁✂️🛁🫧🥰🐶🐩🐕‍🦺 ###
