It’s easy: you just need a valid rabies vaccine 21days prior to travel, health certificate 1-10 days prior to travel and some countries require a wormer 1-5days prior to travel.

These gorgeous puppies were born at the surgery via caesarean section. Bea has done a fab job and look at them now in for their microchips and first vaccinations ❤️❤️❤️

From 10 June 2024 cats over 20 weeks old must be microchipped by law.
Microchipping can increase the likelihood that cats will be reunited with their owner in the event that they go missing. It costs just £18, or is free if you are part of the Bowland Pet Club.

Maternity Cover Client Care Advisor

We are a new independent practice in the heart of the Ribble Valley. We are currently a two-vet team offering both GP and some referral surgery/ ophthalmology.

We are looking for enthusiastic forward thinking Client Care advisor to join our new team to cover a maternity leave. Start date would mid/ late June.

Main duties are greeting clients, answering phone calls, cashing up, admin duties, management of pet club accounts and general cleaning.
We are looking for good communicators, people persons as client care is key to our practice ethos. There is scope within the practice to grow and develop with us. Basic computing skills would be advantageous.

Hours are 39 hours per week over four days, 1 in 4 Saturdays, 30 mins paid lunch.

We have had an all black female cat brought into us deceased. She was found in the BB6 area. She has no chip.
We will keep her with us.
