I'm adding it to my list of services. Yep sheath cleaning because it's necessary and important. (Girls don't forget your personal hygiene is also important, your teats could be harbouring all sort of grime and germs) Bookings now being taken.

Tuesday’s tip:
When cleaning/picking your horses feet, have a bucket or shallow bowl handy to catch the debris… this saves in having to sweep the yard/stable again…. We’ve all done that at some point 😂

Tuesdays Tip:
When fastening up a hay net, first always make sure the knot in the rope is at the bottom next to the net. Then thread the rope through the ring on the bottom if there is one, this helps prevent the net from ripping. Then fasten the rope with fast release loops, this way if your horse becomes entangled for some reason you can quickly release the net.

Tuesdays tip: Place a football or something else that floats, in the water bucket or trough…. that way there’s a hole in the ice to help make it easier to break it up, and also try to remove as much of the ice as possible to prevent it freezing over again quickly and thicker. 😊

Tuesday Tip
For a full healthy tail only wash and brush on high days using a good conditioner and a tail brush or comb. Starting at the base of the tail gently working up, then comb through in sections.
In wet muddy months a loose plait can help keep clean.
Over grooming causes hair to break and weaken.

I am quite happy to come out and neaten clips. This will be charged at standard clipping rates. This is because it's often harder to correct someone else's work, I often have to complete the whole clip depending on time between first clip. Clipping is a skill developed over experience, this is what you are paying for.
