My kitchen is based in a smoke and pet free home, it’s also licensed and scored in the Food Standards Agency a rating of 5/5 for hygiene which is the maximum. I also hold the CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Cate

After achieving A Levels and a Bakery and Confectionery Diploma, I am now working in a Pastry kitchen at a top Hotel in Birmingham.I won a bronze medal and certificate in a Sugar Flowers competition at the Hospitality Show and also volunteered at the Cake International show on a stand sponsored by 'Renshaws', which were both held at the NEC, Birmingham. I have a Sugar Flowers and Cake Decorating certificate and I have worked in a Pastry kitchen at one of the top hotels in Birmingham. I can supply a variety of freshly baked cakes using high quality ingredients (never pre-mixes) for any occasion and any dietary requirements.
