Polite Reminder 🐶

Just a reminder regarding cancellation of appointments: if you can’t make your appointment then could you please give me as much notice as possible so that I can possibly fill your space. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will result in you having to pay half price of the groom 24 hours or less will result in paying full price of the groom. Also not turning up and not letting me know could possibly result in me turning you away in future, or you having to pay before another groom can be booked. Please understand that as a small business I have overheads to pay and pay myself a wage

Hi all,
As some of you may know I fell over last week and was told that I might have fractured my wrist, anyway after a week in a splint I’ve been back to hospital this morning and GOOD NEWS it’s not fractured and I can return back to work next week. I will only be working mornings for the first week just to try and build some strength up and get back to normal so I’ll be contacting all the customers that I had to cancel last week first.
