LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS…
The increase in last minute cancellations recently has been ridiculous. I’ve had cancellations 10 minutes before appointments because people have ‘forgotten’. I’ve turned up at houses and people aren’t home even though I’ve text them 20 minutes prior and they’ve responded saying “see you soon” but then forgotten I was coming and have gone out by the time I arrive.
A reminder, cancelling within 24 hours will be 50% of the cost, if this isn’t paid, no further appointments will be made until it is.
I am turning work away daily because I simply don’t have the capacity, so when people cancel last minute I’ve lost income and also turned potential customers away.
